We need to add or link more tickets we bough lately to hayya card
I couldnt find a way to add to or more tickets to the previously linked hayya card

I think it’s helpful to add the hayya card to apple wallet just like Qatar Airways Privilege Club avios card.

Trying to change applicant category desperately for 3 weeks, not possible. Status stuck on pending without possibility to change. Support center unaccessible. Match tickets bought, air-tickets bought, travel documents in order, acommodation sorted, yet still may not be able to go to Qatar because HayyatoQatar is not working! The funniest thing is that I was able to change category for my minor son, but not for me! So, is Hayya going to reimburse me for money I spent? And to explain to my son that we may not go to matches after he was looking forward to it for two years?

I applied for Hayya card booked an accommodation which I payed fully received a confirmation but no status update still pending I lost my tickets lost my money my time I had anxiety from the stress they caused me I called them several time with no help or support they answer you to tell you they can’t do anything for you and that’s very frustrating. I feel scammed they took my money and they are not answering on emails. I had the worst kind of experience and I didn’t get to watch any game. That’s really disappointing I’ve never faced anything like that in my life.

HayyatoQatar user interface is poorly designed. Especially the direction. When you take the metro it doesnt show you the name of all the stations in between. Also, you cannot zoom in with the google map and it does not show your current location. Why not just take the user to the google app for better experience. As an IOS developer myself, HayyatoQatar is only useful to show the Hayya card but it lack the basic features

HayyatoQatar is linked to a browser and it’s actually very slow … it is “moody” when it comes to accepting photos and copies of passports … it hangs up often … took me 2 hour to add 4 family members … additionally, it has no provision to add the wife … every family member who’s 18 years or older needs to create their own profile and use a unique email… why can’t I create one application for all family members including the wife, children older than 18 and even parents

I did not find any issues with the tickets and the acceptance of the Haaya card was approved in less than 5 minutes

I was able to register my two guest and I all at the same time.

We were approved within 48 hours..

When clicking on “Show your match ticket” I was transferred to download another app “Lusail super cup tickets”. After install HayyatoQatar, I still couldn’t find my tickets. Please advise how to add them to the digital Hayya Card. Thanks

Had a ticket and a plane ticket and my hayya stayed pending even after calling the call center 20 times. All my friends that applied had there tickets accepted except me. If there was something wrong with my request you could atleast reject or something. Very bad

It’s hard to access your own tickets as the link takes you to download another app called Lusail cup and you can actually view your tickets from there.

I am unable to get past the screen asking if I am a tourist or a local. Despite being approved and having tickets. I can open the ticket app. But I can not get past the local/tourist screen. I have emailed Hayya and Have received no response.

My tickets are not available on the Hayya card app.
Also when I reach out to help desk via email or phone, I hear different feedback and guidance. This is my 5th World Cup and your app/website and process is very poor!

When I go to click “Show Match Tickets” it’s still directing me to the Lusail Super Cup app. That event is over. When is that bug going to be fixed and when can I see my FIFA tickets?!!

Use HayyatoQatar ,

The World Cup is approaching and HayyatoQatar still has some technical issues.

In April I applied for the Hayya entry permit and it took 2days to get approved.
Now in July, I applied using Hayya with me , it’s been 9days , it still stuck on Pending.
Now I realized there are tons of people, and some had submitted as far back as March and still pending.
Sent mail and the Hayya team , keeps saying wait.
Can you guys do an overhaul on HayyatoQatar so if stops stressing applicants.
I know people who have cancelled trips because of this.
Sort this out.

I think I’m not the only one who is having this issue. When trying to see tickets it direct you to another app. Issue need to be fixed asap

Qatar ID holders unable to get haya with me option .

I tried to download my voucher for my accommodation like 20 times and still nothing is happening and world cup is few days away.

I have made the reservation, but I cannot see my reservation in the booking section

The platform doesn’t have an option to upload all necessary documents, based on just passport, my Visa has been pending for more than 4 months now. Lost my Asian cup tickets and accommodation for which I was fully charged by discover Qatar.
