Way too slow IAM waiting this is more than 1 month and no answer Not a yes not a no At least tell us what’s wrong so we can fix it We need to organize family wife and kids before we fly to Qatar We do everything on time what’s wrong with this World Cup ? Thanks for your understanding

I am totally disappointed with the organization of this second phase while I was congratulating Qatar's efforts from the beginning.. Impossible for me to get the Hayya card after 7 days of waiting without any update , my personal space still displays the status "application pending" , I missed my flight and lost my reservations because of it .. the support services on the phone don’t give any information and just ask to wait until we miss the whole trip .. Big disappointment !!

HayyatoQatar ne fonctionne plus après la dernière Mise a jour sur IOS 14

I can’t access mu account since 2 weeks, the login button is loading endlessly. This is so frustrating. I’ve tried to reinstall the app without success.

On demande un visa du 5 au 6 septembre juste pour 1 escale. Au final on nous donne un visa de 3 mois se finissant le 18 août. Bien sure pas de remboursement. Grosse arnaque.

It’s been more than 7 days that this app and desktop version have a data error issue on all applicants that have Arabic names - they haven’t been able to solve it after 7 days!!! Unseen - unacceptable - how come you pretend being the number 1 entry point to Qatar if you can’t fix a technical issue within max 48h.

HayyatoQatar affiche fréquemment « problème de connexion ». Il y a très souvent des bugs et l’accès à la billetterie est difficile. Pour autant HayyatoQatar reste intéressante à travers les informations fournies: visites, le fan festival, les sites importants au Qatar,…

It’s a basic app loaded with links. If I wanted to see the match I got tickets for, why am I being redirected to another app? I’m sure a patch is underway, but due to bureaucratic processes as per usual, it will only be implemented when the world cup if over.

It is impossible to logout from Hayya account!
So, i login with my brother account in the first time, but now i can’t logout in order to connect my account!

HayyatoQatar fonctionne mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi il est impossible de se déconnecter pour se reconnecter. J’ai connecté le compte de ma mère pour vérifier la validité du visa et je n’arrive plus à me déconnecter pour connecter mon compte. Est ce normal ?

I can’t log with another account.
I delete application and reinstall but connect with the first account that I log with.
