I have a problem with MetaWeather

User reports:
No current problems

- Unclear meaning of the white bars on the left side of Firecast

- Confusing degrees and percent numbers next to wind and above daily/hourly

- Three sliders cannot be moved and are always at zero

- Limited custom themes and no ability to select own colors

- Inconsistent metric/imperial readings for barometer and visibility

- No clear way to remove cities from the list

- Lack of weather radar feature

- Weather alerts not as prominent as in other weather apps.

To resolve MetaWeather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MetaWeather App
1. On android, goto Settings » MetaWeather » click [Force Stop]

Clear MetaWeather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MetaWeather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MetaWeather.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MetaWeather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MetaWeather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MetaWeather
