Doesn’t do anything

Every location shows all zeros with no weather information provided. Refreshing the app has no effect. Useless app. Deleted.
Am I missing something?

Can’t find anyway to change any settings. In the App Store it shows a + sign in the top right hand corner which I would guess is where I would go to change my settings. However, the + sign is missing when I open my app on my iPhone. I am unable to switch to dark mode, change themes and locations. Unable to switch from meters to feet. Radar is no where to be found. My free weather apps are able to give me so much more than this app.
