Brumate brutank

I order a brutank 7 weeks ago, I have yet to receive a shipping date. I’ve waited for this cooler for so long now I’m out of luck to go on my vacation. There is no way to contact rather then email. No chat, no phone number just email. An email address to which they don’t even respond too. A true disaster, stay clear of Brumate, look else where for a cooler. Terrible customer service.
Over promised under delivered

I bought a cup from this company as a gift to my fiancé and went ahead and ordered the mystery box for her as a surprise. I was the one surprised because they only shipped the cup without the mystery box. I have reached out, but I assume the company is understaffed and has a “high volume of inquiries,” so that should tell you how many people have had issues with their orders. The cup is nice, and she loves it, but so far, I'm not impressed with their nonexciting customer service. They do have an excellent automated system that'll give you the runaround.

The chat option was difficult to navigate through. Had a general question to ask and had to type in my email address etc and am still waiting for a reply. It would be nice if we could get a somewhat instant response so that we can move on with the ordering process. That’s why I gave it 3 stars. I love my Bru’s though.
