RebootYourAge won’t let me in. It keeps sending me invites to my email. 😢

Don’t waste your money. I purchased an annual subscription in October 2022 for $299. I lost all of the progress I made in RebootYourAge after having been away for a few weeks due to an illness. Frustrated that I had to start over, I gave up for a few more weeks. I recently tried to log in again and I cannot start over if I wanted to. The message in RebootYourAge says that my trial period is over and it wants me to pay again. I have been trying to reach customer service for days without success. The phone number list on their website is an incomplete number. This is unacceptable.

As others have noted, all I get is a blank screen. Which also makes it impossible to request a refund.

Seems like a shady way to just collect info

The information provided by Dr Roizen is wonderful. Most of the information is in the library. Unfortunately, it rarely works and most of the links are broken. I have emailed support several times and they say they are working on it, but so far nothing. If they new about these problems, I am surprised they released RebootYourAge and felt ok charging for it. It calls into question their credibility and everything Dr Roizen is saying.

RebootYourAge is a mess. New content is sporadic to nonexistent. Many features don’t work. Multiple messages to the help desk went nowhere. I regret paying for this. SKraus500

If you look deeper in the info, it’s way too expensive. They have overbooked themselves are now apologizing that there aren’t enough staff for everyone. And….. I keep unsubscribing but continue to get emails. Ugh.

I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks and was not alerted in any way that this was turning into a subscription app-rude awakening this morning when as I was going into RebootYourAge it asked for my email again to access my information. As it was RebootYourAge is buggy as well for meal tracking and step tracking.

I read about this program in Newsweek. I figured I would try it. Signed up for RebootYourAge , followed the prompts and I get stuck in a loop. The email opens a link to RebootYourAge Store, I open RebootYourAge and I am right back at the check your email screen. Not a good start.

After many problems trying to sign up originally I completed part of the program and then stopped for a while. I came back and I am now being asked for my email address which doesn't work. Apparently, in the meantime, it has become a subscription app.

No way would I ever look at this again.

This is a great idea, supported by peer reviewed science, and it could become a valuable resource. That said, at the moment a least, RebootYourAge is plagued with problems. I definitely wouldn’t pay for the program until there are significant improvements made in the quality of RebootYourAge .

It may be a great app, but unable to tell since I get a server error when singing up. I like Dr Rozen though so I’ll try again later.

Good articles, some items seem to be out of order.

It has been so nice to have Dr. Mike sharing his knowledge and insight. I have also loved the accountability with RebootYourAge and keeping track of my health!

Great app. Have enjoyed it for almost a year. Lost 15 lbs and am eating healthier. I miss Dr Mike’s videos and the daily reads. Hopefully those will return soon
