Don’t waste your money. I purchased an annual subscription in October 2022 for $299. I lost all of the progress I made in the app after having been away for a few weeks due to an illness. Frustrated that I had to start over, I gave up for a few more weeks. I recently tried to log in again and I cannot start over if I wanted to. The message in the app says that my trial period is over and it wants me to pay again. I have been trying to reach customer service for days without success. The phone number list on their website is an incomplete number. This is unacceptable.
Information is wonderful but the app is terrible

The information provided by Dr Roizen is wonderful. Most of the information is in the library. Unfortunately, it rarely works and most of the links are broken. I have emailed support several times and they say they are working on it, but so far nothing. If they new about these problems, I am surprised they released the app and felt ok charging for it. It calls into question their credibility and everything Dr Roizen is saying.
Big Surprise ! Shock and Disappointment

I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks and was not alerted in any way that this was turning into a subscription app-rude awakening this morning when as I was going into the app it asked for my email again to access my information. As it was the app is buggy as well for meal tracking and step tracking.
