I don’t think I’ve ever written an app review before, but I have been thoroughly disappointed with ProFed‘s new app since they made their changes at the end of October. It constantly says that there is a server error and won’t let me login. This is a critical app to have and needs to work so much better.

I have been with ProFed for over 30 years and will likely leave and head to another bank if these issues are not resolved very soon as this is getting ridiculous.

My old review got deleted. If they have to delete my first review, it should show you that this a crappy new app. I highly recommend that ProFedDigitalBanking gets shut down. I will be closing my accounts because of ProFedDigitalBanking.

I use Trubill to monitor my budget from month to month. Since ProFedDigitalBanking change I can no longer sync ProFedDigitalBanking to Trubill. This needs fixed.

Can’t log in, even tried to reset my password and it didn’t send an email. Tried to make a new account and it said it couldn’t verify my identity.

Great idea to drop an update at the end of the month when everyone is trying to pay their bills genius idea. And the new app is messy and not as easy as the last what a downgrade. Seriously considering switching banks this made me that mad.

Nothing about this is better. I see no improvements in fact everything seems worse especially the “new improved” online banking.

Can’t login, can’t register because they don’t have an email on file( point of a registration) can’t view accounts and can’t get any support because it Saturday! Thanks PFFCU, nothing like pooping the bed when you roll out the “new and improved “ app!

I like the old app much better. I do not like how you have to switch pages to see each pending transactions and I also do not like that your withdrawals and deposits are not colored differently like they were on the old app. So far not impressed

The previous review was on point. I would go back to the old version if available. The buttons at the bottom of screen on old app worked great could access everything I needed to do from those buttons.

I don’t even want to rate ProFedDigitalBanking with one star that’s how bad it is. First I can’t use my Face Recognition to login and I have to verify my self every time I login. So I have to send my self a text to verify my phone everyone. So frustrated. Just bring the old app back. Theres so many other things I can keep saying but not worth it.

Its set up way more complicated the other one was straight forward and to the point with more details on the name of your transactions so you actually know what it was for as well as its saying i can only use a certain amount of my account even though i have more than double that amount and no money pending according to the pending tab. Confusing. Thumbs down.

I literally cannot access my bank account. I had no problems with the old app and now I’m having problems left and right. This new app was uncalled for. They should have just updated the old app instead of making an entire new one, forcing everyone to create a new account. I have tried creating an account and contacting the bank for three hours now. I hate this update and the person who suggested it.

This new app definitely needs a lot of work. Very glitchy and very disorganized. I hate that there’s no time stamp on debits anymore and that you have to click to another page to see pending transactions. The old app had all of that available on one page. Also, the savings jar feature is an awesome concept, but absolutely does not work. When you pick the account you want to funds to go to it’s reverted back to a completely different account, even after it’s been saved. I do like that all accounts that I’m linked to are now on ProFedDigitalBanking and I can move money between different accounts. Otherwise, this new app needs A LOT of work before it’s actually user friendly. Should have left the old app alone and just tweaked it with a few upgrades instead of going full out into this new hot mess.

The new app needs some tweaking for sure. Most importantly - who decided to list the Savings Accounts first in the My Accounts screen? Someone who apparently doesn’t need to keep track of their checking account. I panicked when I first logged in. OMG!!! Why is that so low???!!! Where’s my payroll deposit???!!!! Oh wait, that’s my Saving Account balance. Then underneath, there’s my Savings Vacation Account balance. Then finally, underneath that, there’s my Checking Account balance. Seriously? Who’s logging in to look at their Savings Account balances? I’ll tell you. No one. Please put them in the order people are accustomed to. Checking Account balance FIRST. Thanks!!!!

Update: You can’t hide specific accounts on the iPhone app. It’s either hide them all, or hide none.

This is different from the old App, but it’s not all bad. Could use some tweaking, but overall I like it. I LOVE that I can see all my accounts with one login. I do wish I could hide specific shares rather then the entire account. Love the saving jar but wish I could set it up for multiple debit card accounts. The ability to rearrange the order of accounts would be nice. I don’t like to transfer to a loan or Visa is under the payments tab, but know that I know I’ll get used to it. Overall, it’s a good app, I’m sure in time upgrades will be made. ProFed is the best local credit union with great employees.

So easy to register and navigate. Can’t say enough good things! Great job!
