They want an ID, Job Status (self employed still requires a business name and job title?), Proof of Residency (where I currently live I can't get that), and who knows what else.

They deal in AED, but I didn't care about the currency exchange. I've made money off the Stock Market with less info than they wanted.

Be wary of fraud and don't trust anything that's presented to you on this platform.
- Overvalued properties.
- Hidden fees.
- Ficticious projections.
I have invested 100k AED which is bringing 4% yield, half of what was advertised on the apps interface. I'm hoping that I'll get this money back in the next exit window, else I'm going to sue.

I tried to invest in this platform. I don’t like it because it took more than 4 months to get any return and more than 4 months. I’m still waiting for my money. I called the management about the problem but no one is answering me !!!. When I paid the money, there was a expected date to get returned. Unfortunately, the team is not credible and unreliable. Best regards to be a better team.

I do not recommend anyone to invest in Stake. In my experience its a terrible investment , I have realised that the annual yield changes from what is posted and you get less after you buy the shares. and some months you wont get rent as they say that the apartment is not rented or occupied or needs renovation, I dont know if this is true or not. I have invested 11k for almost 2 years and I bearly got 5% and theres alot of hidden fees. At the end of the 2 years after I had sold my shares for a loss and it took me 3 months to get my money back and I got less than what I invested from the start, which is a total loss for me.

I downloaded Stake initially a year ago, and can't remember why I've never used it.

Until I logged in again today.

When I try to verify my account with a passport photo, I get stuck in an endless "Loading, please wait..." screen.

Doesn't even give me the chance to upload a passport photo.

The thing about an investment app where I potentially think about injecting my financial savings into, is that it should be very intuitive and functioning. I don't want to feel like my money is being funneled into a barely functioning app.

I really appreciate & thank the managers for Stake & great idea to invest any amount of money u got to spare , Yet one thing i dealt with & the referrals i sent for iraqi people that the documents to confirm our residency & personal income is so complicated that i had to do alot of paperworks to provide what they need to confirm my profile ..! Stake look good, I am giving 4 stars for that but you are not allowing investors from Nigeria, I tried many times to verify my account and it keeps bouncing back. Please if I can get any help . Thanks

I’ve wanted to invest in real estate i think most of us do, so giving us the opportunity to own a portion of the R.E is something worth trying in order to diversify my investments portfolios. I must say that this app changed the face of investment in real estate by their innovative combination of fin tech and real estate in an easy and trustworthy method.

Also, instead of showing gross yields, they should show net yield as gross yield does not give the correct picture

Honestly when I first heard about this app, I was immediately intrigued. Such a new concept for me at least. Navigating Stake is super easy, plus the comfort of knowing that they're regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority.

It's an exciting project, I've already invested and the returns although seems small at first once time passes you'll get your money's worth.
