Although it’s quite convenient to have both your key tones and glucose registered at the same time; the performance of the iOS app, or the account nomenclature set up for tracking your records, has quite a few imperfections!
Every time I go a day without opening my app in my meter, it makes me log back in and it tells me it’s never synced with my meter before so it’s not retaining my history. It’s very frustrating to sit here and try to allow the instrument and the app to manage my readings and have it not perform up to expectations.
Fails to pair

I do like the software. It is an easy install on my iPhone. It has many very nice features. However, I have to uninstall and reinstall the software daily because it does not pair with my Bluetooth. According to my phone, Bluetooth settings, the device is paired, but the software refuses to sync responding that it cannot find the meter. After I uninstall, and then reinstall the software, pairing works as does the synchronization of data from the meter. I don’t feel I should have to reinstall the software daily.
Clumsy interface and loss of succinct GKI graph/numbers combo

Though the meter is finally part of the app it’s a second thought on another tab that you then have to refresh to get it to update. Gone is the simple one screen snapshot you can send your buddy your in keto with. Now to get the same effect it’s 2 screenshots and a refresh in the app to get the GKI to load with the latest measurements. The meter and numbers right under it are succinct, shareable and easy to use. Pro, syncing is far better and easier in this app.
