How to fix Mimic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mimic app on iPhone
Update Mimic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mimic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mimic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mimic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mimic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mimic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mimic App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mimic » click [Force Stop]

Update Mimic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mimic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mimic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mimic.

Fix Mimic unable to contact server/ Mimic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mimic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mimic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mimic
