• There is no way to delete a profile.

• A woman told me point blank that they’re hired for the application, so males will buy coins and/or send gifts etc.

• This app sent a message to my girlfriend advertising this app from my phone.

How to fix Pandalive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pandalive app on iPhone
Update Pandalive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pandalive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pandalive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pandalive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pandalive Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pandalive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pandalive App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pandalive » click [Force Stop]

Update Pandalive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pandalive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pandalive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pandalive.

Fix Pandalive unable to contact server/ Pandalive internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pandalive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pandalive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pandalive
