Not working

I have installed GOMAPFRE , opened GOMAPFRE , entered my userid and password. Nothing happening, not logging in. What’s up?

Hard to Set Up New Account

I downloaded the new app and tried to set up a new account (I hadn’t used the old app). It asked for my date of birth but it seems the only data entry option is to click on the calendar and scroll back month by month from present. For me this would require scrolling back through 70 years of monthly calendars, which would have been ridiculous. I contacted them and was informed they were aware of the problem and would be “working on it “. After seeing other people’s comments, my recommendation is they fire their app developer and find someone who knows what they’re doing.

Useless

It will not let me include my business owners policy. And when I go online to a web browser to try to pay it that way… it automatically defaults & opens GOMAPFRE and tells me to turn off my pop-up blocker over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and and over and over and over again. Please fix! I’ve got every pop-up blocker in the world shut off and it still says it!

App has many errors!

GOMAPFRE is not user friendly. I updated it (or so I thought) but every time I open GOMAPFRE it asks me to download the latest version again. When redirected to GOMAPFRE Store it says “OPEN” as if there are no updates. I tried to start a claim but the radio buttons do not work!

Frustrating

I have several policies and every few months all but 1 will be wiped from GOMAPFRE . Then I have to call and explain my situation, talk to several people before one will be able to reset and all my policies are in one place again

Can’t navigate

This site is terrible. It doesn’t give options or the choice to put in our own unique question. I can’t figure out how to pay my modern today bill because all your showing is 2021 payments. What happened?

Scheduling Payments

GOMAPFRE would improve for so many of us if you allowed us to schedule our payments ahead of time. Not sure why GOMAPFRE does not have this capability. Seems very outdated.

Don’t replace what’s not broke!

I used the old app and it worked and did the job well.
I got an email saying to download GOMAPFRE because the old app will no longer be supported and that this new app is what they’re using from now on.

Downloaded and signed in.

Or at least attempted to.

GOMAPFRE will not let me sign in, the one partial time it did, it said that I did not have a policy in the system-which is false.

Please update and fix GOMAPFRE.

Very unhappy and wish the old app was still supported.

Website and ios app buggy

I have 3 policies. One 1 policy, does not allow credit card payment ??? (Only echeck). Happens for both website and ios app. Have reported this bug twice bug not fixed.

Charges to download app

I thought it was bugged because it wasn’t letting me sign into my account so I deleted it after trying to download it again it’s trying to charge me $12 I wasn’t charged the first time

Not functioning as intended.

I try to log in and it tells me that there are no Massachusetts policies associated with my log in information… well of course not. I am in California and there is no option to change state.

Very bad

Seems to find my login but says there are no policies for MA. Probably because I’m covered in California. Hope this gets fixed otherwise GOMAPFRE is useless to anyone outside of MA.

Wouldn’t accept user name and password

Tried to sign into app with existing user name and password from web site and it would not accept.

One minute GOMAPFRE shows all my police’s the next time I log in my current police’s disappear and my prior year policy appear

Terrible

I cancelled my policies due to the fact MAPFRE increased my premiums without even telling me twice since I began my insurance. Progressive is billing me more than HALF of what I was paying. When I went to cancel I had to go through two different agents and it took more than 2 weeks to cancel and I still got charged and it took a month almost to get reimbursed for a fraction of what I paid.

Every so often when I come to this website to make payment of my current policies I only thing I find is an old policy.

My home policy has skyrocketed with MAPFRE

Home policy premium has gone up ~ 44% in 2 years 🤯🤯🤬
For a single story >900sq/ft on a slab at that!!!
I paid ~$500 with Safety not long ago. My local agent will be getting a ☎️!

Easy Way to Manage Coverage

I enjoy the ease of which I can manage my home and auto policies and pay for them, and view any updates, etc.

Very easy to use.

Not as easy as other apps to set up. For those not real tech savvy becomes frustrating.

Great Consumer Site!

MAPFRE made it very easy for me to renew my Auto policy with their on-line payment option. Everything I needed to see my renewal and pay the premium was made available within the MAPFRE mobile app.

Ridiculously outdated and lacking

New customer coming from geico and wow is GOMAPFRE ever outdated and lacking in features. 1. Outdated UI 2. Not optimized for newer iPhones (doesn’t use whole screen) 3. No ability to add policy cards to Apple wallet 4. Can’t see homeowners coverage amounts without reviewing full policy dox 5. Why the long app name? Just call it Mapfre 6. No ability to pay with PayPal or Apple Pay.
