Hello Sidekick Poshmark I really like your app when it knows my posh closet login and email address. When an update happens it requires the user to login which all makes sense until you see SidekickTools and the sign in link goes to new user creation. I’m unable to access my sidekick my crosslisting with eBay and this effects me greatly. I’m still not in using your software as the sign In goes to create new which when I attempt to do that the email address is already taken. This is basic stuff customers need to have a sign in option the same way create new has theirs. When you don’t do that it’s impossible for the user to use. Please fix this most important issue ASAP

I really wanted to love Posh Sidekick, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. SidekickTools is buggy, inconsistent, and ends up causing more problems than it solves. It completely messed up my Poshmark closet—duplicate listings, items not delisted, and actions firing incorrectly. And instead of fixing the issue they sent emails saying it wasn’t their problem - turns out it was. A disgruntled employee sabotaged the software.

Customer support says they’ll “get back to you,” but emails go unanswered for days. When you’re running a business and relying on a tool to work accurately, waiting days for a response just isn’t acceptable. There’s zero ownership or urgency to resolve issues, and the lack of communication leaves you stuck cleaning up their errors on your own time.

Until they take responsibility, fix the glitches, and actually respond to customers in a timely manner, I can’t recommend SidekickTools. It creates more chaos than help.

I have been using SidekickTools for over a year now. I liked it at first solely for the sharing it did on poshmark. But now I am experiencing so many issues with it daily that are hurting my business. The crosslisting feature I pay extra for rarely works. It constantly gives error messages. Now I’m finding that my items are mysteriously disappearing from my closet. I’m not the one deleting them. This is the only program that has my password. And new items are randomly being listed in duplicates which I also didn’t do. This company never helps you when you submit a ticket besides claiming they’re looking into the problem but never help. And they aren’t honest with the way they regulate their Facebook group so there cant be any criticism or complaints in regards to SidekickTools since they filter and approve every post.

SidekickTools after a year of using it has created far more issues than accommodations for my closet. Extremely disappointed in the duplicated listings if created without my knowledge causing me to lose out on bundled sales as well as having to cancel other individual items bc they had already been sold. A number of items also were not included in the automated offers to likes even though they met my minimum sale amount. Used this for over a year and would have cancelled sooner but did not recognize the duplicate closet listings until a couple items sold twice despite only having one item available, I thought it was an error if my own but noticed over ten instances where this was problematic. Customer service attempted to help me but were unwilling to refund any of my monthly subscription purchases because it’s their policy- I would have never signed up had I known their policy included messing up my closet and causing me a loss in sales. I don’t usually leave reviews but if I can save one other victim from wasting money, then I hope this is worth it.

SidekickTools works ok when it works. With that being said I understand there is going to be glitches with any app that works as a 3rd party. Technology and security are constantly changing and I understand there will be hiccups every once in awhile. My rating actually is based on the my interactions with support. For me support is generic and powered by AI. It is extremely difficult to talk to a live person and when you do it’s a generic pre scripted response. Please be prepared to waiting if you have an immediate concern.

I added SidekickTools when Poshmark gave discounted shipping for ambassadors.. needed the help to get to the 5k shares. I really just need an app that shares. I have a program for background remover which I love and I don’t sell on multiple platforms.. decided to try out the realists and I do not suggest it unless you want to figure out all the duplicates and delete them. It’s nearly caused me a couple of invalid sales from not deleting the old listings when relist is completed. Way overpriced for my needs. Also recommended it to a friend and she got a significantly longer free trial. Hm.

I’ve been using posherva for past 8 weeks, and interested was tempted to switch to SidekickTools because of the mobile feature.

Impressions on first use:
1. It takes a few minutes to figure things out, there is an a lot of detail on how to get SidekickTools to begin sharing your closet. I noticed on the “dashboard“ screen that my closet was in “safety“ mode after clicking around on SidekickTools , I discovered there is a setting that needs to be disabled so that your closet will automatically share between 3 AM and 7 AM.
I toggled off the “safety sharing” but the notification did not disappear on my dashboard and my closet did not begin sharing items. That’s annoying.

2. Love that they have an in app background remover! I use PhotoRoom currently. I attempted to remove the background from a photo in one of my listings and and he did a great job… However every time I tried to save the photo. I received an error message.

I’ll keep SidekickTools on for today, and see if it improves. Start sharing my closet and I’ll try testing the background remover again. But not impressed with my first experience, way too glitchy.

I want desperately to love SidekickTools. I want to give it 5 stars. But I’m not certain of what they’re doing. My success varies—and what bothers me is that the reports are grossly inaccurate. My sales get “lost” and even when I sync over and over —my sales trends and data never appear—making it look like I have less revenue. Then on the sales report map—I can’t trust what I’m seeing with revenue by state. I know the numbers are incorrect—as it shows only one customer in a state where I know there are multiples—and on and on. I just canceled my promoted listings subscription because month over month (and I gave it 2 months) I saw no improvement in sales.

During the initial sign up (link from referral) I gave proof of my cancellation (wishing I hadn’t) for my previous share service, and was told that they need to verify before I’m accepted for a trial offer. I waited what I thought was an appropriate amount of time, never heard back, so I emailed them directly from my email and I received a response telling me they did not receive that and to sign up using links provided. I did and I wish I didn’t. When in app, Linking accounts doesn’t work, when asking for help on chat, your message disappears, your prompted to start over and write an email instead (I did, no response) I still have not heard back regarding this issue. I wanted to like this so bad but I’m not having any luck with it

I restarted my shop this year and crickets, however, after downloading SidekickTools I started to get inquiries, likes, shares, and eventually sales. Of course, it’s a “sidekick”, so you still have to do your part uploading, tweaking keywords, fixing images with their background removed, which is where I am now, just tweaking, SidekickTools is worth it. Highly recommend, also, support is awesome.

This is my first app review but I’m here because this is amazing! I’m new to Poshmark and I immediately started having lots of activity, shares, likes. I made a sale the first day, and have seen an increase with 5 sales yesterday and two today, this is with a small closet of less than 50 items. The emails with tips are great, be sure to read them. So happy with this, thank you to the developers for sharing what you know.

Love it, I often forget it’s running because I don’t need to babysit it, it just does it’s thing! It’s a new app so there’s a bug here and there, but any bug there has been I’ve been notified by SidekickTools team already working on the solution before I ever noticed any sort of issues! Excellent customer service, makes me appreciate the company 10x more than some of the other “bots”/“sharing apps” that I’ve tried- and I’ve pretty much tried them all lol

Posh sidekick is really helping out my sales on Poshmark. I went ahead and bought a one month subscription and I have been more than able to cover the cost of my prescription and make many more sales above that. Plus I am getting tons of shares and traffic to my closet. I have sold so many things in my closet that have sold through SidekickTools that I don’t think would have sold if I had not purchased sidekick. Thank you again so much

I tried another more expensive service that over promised and way under delivered. I tried the trial of Sidekick but before the week was over, I joined and cancelled the other service. Since then they’ve added many new features and still have more in the works. I’m convinced this is the best bot and the price is very affordable. My sales have increased significantly since using this service! Customer service is far superior than any other I’ve seen.

I have only used Posh sidekick for one month now, but so far seems to be working. Since sidekick is doing all my sharing and relisting it’s allowing me the time to focus on new listings. With that being said I had the best selling month I have had since I joined Poshmark 7 years ago! There were a couple days where I was unable to log in, but the team was so quick to respond and got me back in in no time! Looking forward to see what this new month brings and hoping it’s just as successful as last month if not more!

This is not my first cross-listing and poshmark automation app I am using, and having everything in one place is amazing.
Thins I just love:
- universal import: when you have inventory on multiple platforms already, this feature is just a life saver. It downloads all listings from all marketplace and links them together.
- removes sold items from other marketplaces automatically: sometimes I forgot to take down something that was sold on Ebay from Etsy right away, and got the same thing sold twice- now I don’t have to think about it.
- having an app AND a desktop version!
Things I would love to see in the future:
- adding additional market places like Facebook and OfferUp would be great.
And one more thing: customer service is very fast in response and resolving any issues. They follow up multiple times to make sure everything works for you.

Not only has SidekickTools been essential in helping navigate through recent unnecessary and detrimental Poshmark updates (for many of us, sales have TANKED as a result), but their customer service is hands-down the best that I have seen in a very long time.

They are extremely dedicated to customer care, and they even helped those, including myself- that had many items in their Posh closet deleted in November recover them. Posh support was MIA all weekend and they were giving us live- in person updates and answering emails quickly and efficiently.

I love how effortless it is to upload and then cross list my inventory. And I never have to worry about sharing my closet. I haven’t even explored every feature yet. I highly recommend them.

They are still growing, and always doing updates to go along with the technology changes that other platforms put into place, so like any app, you may experience a bug here and there but they are ON the fixes and updates. The CEO of the company is VERY involved! It feels like family.

I’ve been on Poshmark for two years, and I started using Posh Sidekick’s cross-listing tools three months ago. Since then, my business has completely taken off. It now takes me about 30 seconds to list an item to a second platform, and my sales have increased by over 200% in just three months.
What’s wild is that while so many sellers are complaining about slow sales, I’ve gone to the post office every single day for the past month — always with multiple packages.
Their tools really do make the difference:
Crosslisting that is unbelievably fast

Automation that keeps my closet active without hours of manual sharing
This is the first tool I’ve used that actually grows my business instead of just saving me a little time. I wish I had started using it much sooner.
If you want real visibility, real efficiency, and real sales growth — Posh Sidekick is absolutely worth it.

Total game changer, almost immediately!!! Signed up this morning & a few hours in, had my first sale , then another & another. Already three sales. Three more than I’ve had in a long time. I know it may not be so so easy to come by & may not happen as often everyday, but maybe it will. My sales previously were very consistent. At least 1, if not more each day. Always sold stuff every single day, but not in awhile. SidekickTools already changed my life. I do not have the time to be sharing my closet all day long, re-listing stale listings, following prospective poshers, etc. I needed this, needed to find SidekickTools & Im so thrilled inside. Super excited to see my business take off again.

I’ve been with SidekickTools since the beta testing. They’ve definitely come a long way with the features offered. I love how if you’re having an issue you can live chat someone right in the discord app for assistance instead of having to email. SidekickTools is constantly making updates and listening to its customers for what features we want!
