How to fix Readfic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Readfic app on iPhone
Update Readfic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Readfic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Readfic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Readfic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Readfic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Readfic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Readfic App
1. On android, goto Settings » Readfic » click [Force Stop]

Update Readfic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Readfic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Readfic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Readfic.

Fix Readfic unable to contact server/ Readfic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Readfic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Readfic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Readfic
