Update YouFit Gyms app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YouFit Gyms iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YouFit Gyms on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YouFit Gyms network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix YouFit Gyms not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YouFit Gyms App
1. On android, goto Settings » YouFit Gyms » click [Force Stop]

Update YouFit Gyms to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YouFit Gyms App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YouFit Gyms » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YouFit Gyms.

Fix YouFit Gyms unable to contact server/ YouFit Gyms internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YouFit Gyms » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YouFit Gyms » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
