To the manager director . I attend the Rochester club . I only use the club to swim . It was closed 37 days last year and no compensation was offered. I wrote and complained as I’m paying good money for a service I’m not getting . You had over a month of my money and gave me no service . I’m disabled so am unable to go in the gym .( I need to swim to try and keep what little mobility I have ) . I also said about how dirty the place was . And the hot tub was almost out of action for 4 years and on the odd day it was working it was hardly warmer than the pool . One day the pool was to hot then to cold then had a leak . So I go in Tuesday and it’s a bit cleaner around the pool. But both the steam room and sauna was not working . The showers had black slimy black mould everywhere the door lock tiles ect . Go this morning and pool is shut again and tonight another message it’s staying closed until further notice. You put our fees up twice last year . We still don’t have a manager . Please sort our club out ,or after about 10 years plus I’m leaving . I feel like you are happy to take our money and give us a third world service . It was so much better under the spirit health club . You chose to ignore my letter that I wrote last year .
