My experience with Mindbloom has been deeply disappointing and feels predatory. They take advantage of vulnerable people by enrolling them in recurring charges for services without proper authorization or clear notification. Despite my explicit lack of consent, I was charged for ongoing fees that I never agreed to.
The lack of transparency in their billing practices is unacceptable, and their customer service offered little to no resolution when I attempted to dispute these fraudulent charges. This behavior is not only unethical but also harmful to those who trust them with their well-being.
I strongly caution anyone considering their services to be extremely wary of their billing practices and ensure you are fully aware of what you are signing up for. This kind of predatory behavior has no place in a company claiming to help people.

Completely understaffed, my clinician admitted they had no clue how many people would sign up for this service and they are completely overwhelmed.
My sessions keep getting canceled by a team you can’t talk to.
You are supposed to do a follow-up session within a certain period of time to cement the new pathways you are creating. Well my clinician didn’t even have availability in that timeframe, she was nice enough to realize the issue and help me create a new slot on her calendar.
Someone canceled it for an unknown reason and I wasn’t made aware.
This would be great if it worked but I have my bloom box but no integration now.

Clinician was rude, condescending and asking “trick questions” in a very unprofessional way. Never would I recommend your company to anyone.
Instead of asking trick questions or personal medical history questions Sonia Mookherjea should be more open and say “I see that you have been prescribed ketamine treatment in the past” instead of saying “have you ever been prescribed ketamine?” knowing she already knows the answer as she can see my past medical prescriptions etc. Trying to put a customer on the spot when their last treatment was several months ago, has a busy schedule and a newborn and lack of sleep sets the bar pretty low for your company.
She was completely unprofessional and frankly had an unprofessional attitude.
Anyways I would like a full refund for the entire program or I will contact my credit company and proceed with a full chantage back for services not rendered.
