in MAY 2025 - 7 MONTHS AGO Ago now (!!), i ordered and paid for a bedframe ans coffee table, an order totaling OVER $4500!!!!!! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! itr presentrly is sitting in a warehouse, where it has been for 2 months, awaiting delivery!!! ONE THOUSAND PERCENT UNACCEPTABLE! matt at customer servicxe has been following and assisting me, bvut now even he does not answer my queries, I WANT EITHER IMMEDIATE DELIVERY OR A FULL REFUND PER YOUR COMPANY'S PROMISED GUARANTEED DELIVERY! I found shower heads that I had not been able to find anywhere else. I was so excited that I ordered two. I instialled the first one. It leaked. I Installed the second one. It had a worse leak.
I contacted support. Got a quick response and they sent replacements. I was happy.
The replacements arrived. They were spraying water from the seams on the shower heads, worse that the original ones.
I have not gotten any response from their support after multiple emails. I just want my money refunded and I cannot get an answer. I haven't even gotten a response to any of the several emails I have sent. Although the app seems to work great, I cannot recommend this app or its products or their support that has become nonresponsive.
Recent update v4.2 wiped my account

I couldn’t login to the app with the recent update. App couldn’t find my account. I have a pending order. I can’t check its status. Can you please look into this issue?
