Tried ordering and received multiple errors, turns out each error still charged me but when I checked my order history there was zero orders placed. Charged me 5 times for a 9 dollar meal.

Useless app

For some reason OnoHawaiianBBQ immediately glitches when I try to open it. It forces me to this screen with a button that doesnt seem to change anything. It works fine on my partners phone, but no matter how much we troubleshoot mine, we still get this screen with no access to anything else. Just a flat white screen with a purple retry button.

Over several months, I’ve repeatedly given them the following feedback: “Needed to save time so I tried using OnoHawaiianBBQ . Still unable to adjust sides for Island Fire mini meal. Please also add an “extra onions” option to go along with the “no onions” special instructions. Thank you.” I always select the “I’d like to be contacted” option. I’ve never received any acknowledgment and OnoHawaiianBBQ remains broken. I sure get beat up with marketing emails though.

After receiving a promo in an email, I downloaded OnoHawaiianBBQ and placed an order for $20 off a $40 order. I used three different cards and OnoHawaiianBBQ displayed an error message every time. How frustrating. Worthless app.

I downloaded OnoHawaiianBBQ , thankfully ordered with my credit card, everything went perfect. 30 mins after I get all of these attempted charges on my card for other online purchases I didn’t make. 🤬

Wanted to get a quick order in but the checkout process takes so much effort and time, I arrived at the store even before I could put the order through.

Too many hoops to jump through in order to get the order that you get a discount on. Not worth the effort.

It’s 2023 no Apple Pay?

What is the point of a food app that doesn’t give benefits?

Wish they had an Apple Pay option on their app. It just makes it so much easier and I don’t have to store my information on OnoHawaiianBBQ .

Never can order simply and efficiently. So many barriers for quick ordering and offers require online orders and not allowed in store

I would imagine that till we find OnoHawaiianBBQ overtime but they had a promotion going on for the 20th anniversary and nowhere in OnoHawaiianBBQ could you find it it was nowhere you had a literally going to the store ask them for the code and then put the code in. And when you try to give feedback to the restaurant they make it ridiculously complicated and difficult.

I just want to eat man I don’t want to be going through all kinds of hoops to get my promo code truly ridiculous smoking too much weed in the islands

Y’all need deals promo something for the people to keep coming!!

Coincidentally when they have a promo all of a sudden their app doesn’t work or let you check out. It has been fine all other times when there wasn’t active promo.

I placed an order before and then came back to use OnoHawaiianBBQ again and I was not signed in so I typed my email/pass in and it said email not found even though I have an email welcoming me to OnoHawaiianBBQ after creating an account lol. Irritating but OnoHawaiianBBQ does function well.

OnoHawaiianBBQ works fine. But please add capability to customize musubi orders. (Order with no sauce)

I have so many suggestions to make but honestly I shouldn't be doing that. Did you hire blind it guys for that? It's absolutely inefficient laggy application

Not Ono! Quick and easy!

Would love to be able to make edits such as dressing or sauce on the side.

I think this could be a better app and I’d order more often if I could earn rewards with every dollar I spent.

The girl from service on Thursday March 9th has no manner and no professionalism. The girl in the counter took 25 min of my time trying to figure out how is the Ono gift card is not working after I buy the gift card recently. They have no experience on what they are doing.

Love your food! I have been to Hawaii many times and this takes me back every time.

I enjoy ordering from Ono Hawaiian. The food is consistently great tasting and prepared well. I think the value is good for the price because I can get at least two meals out of one Aloha plate.

Great food at excellent price. Pretty good authentic Hawaiian food for a chain. Food is always fresh and portions are usually plentiful. Great for lunch and dinner on the girl has become a staple of my diet.

We love the food at Ono Hawaiian Barbecue, and their app makes it easy to order. There are so many restaurants where the user experience in OnoHawaiianBBQ is horrible, but Ono got it right!

OnoHawaiianBBQ makes it easier to eat from one of our favorite family restaurants - very easy to use and doesn’t require constant updates. We can easily save our favorite orders and order while out and about, then swing by to pick up our order.

We love this place the only thing I never get any coupons 😆
