Charged me with errors

Tried ordering and received multiple errors, turns out each error still charged me but when I checked my order history there was zero orders placed. Charged me 5 times for a 9 dollar meal.

Over several months, I’ve repeatedly given them the following feedback: “Needed to save time so I tried using the app. Still unable to adjust sides for Island Fire mini meal. Please also add an “extra onions” option to go along with the “no onions” special instructions. Thank you.” I always select the “I’d like to be contacted” option. I’ve never received any acknowledgment and the app remains broken. I sure get beat up with marketing emails though.

After receiving a promo in an email, I downloaded the app and placed an order for $20 off a $40 order. I used three different cards and the app displayed an error message every time. How frustrating. Worthless app.
