What at total joke this customer service is for ticatly. I was unable to cast to my tv for 7 days. It happened when I installed an update and it would work correctly until the app was updated again 7 days later. I want a credit to my account for seven days. How do you contact ticatly customer service? I've been trying 2 updates ago. Nobody email's me back. There is no phone number to call? What the deal with this app?
