To Do List Widget Reviews

The function of a widget is to avoid opening up an app by creating a shortcut you can interact with on Home Screen. Your list is shown as a check list on your Home Screen (when widget is being used) but you cannot check things off. This widget only acts as a shortcut to ToDoListWidget . You click it and it opens ToDoListWidget .

Seems like minimal thought and effort were placed into this project, like most things nowadays. Everyone’s just trying to make a quick buck and quality has gone out the window.

I like the to do list widget but I have a crazy to do list all the time, that is constantly changing. I wish the widget would allow me to scroll around on the widget itself, without having to open ToDoListWidget . Being able to scroll and check things off without opening ToDoListWidget would make using the widget so much more efficient!

I really like ToDoListWidget, but just a few things I wanna say is that the customization for your to do list is weird. For some reason my to do list has a black filter on it even though I set my color to white. And I’d also appreciate it if the thing you check mark disappears after a day because it’s kinda annoying to change my goal to something else.

ToDoListWidget does what it’s meant to do and the customizable options are pleasant to see. However, you should be able to interact with the widget and check tasks off without ToDoListWidget opening. Additionally, and I’m not sure if this is just a glitch I am exclusively experiencing, when I am checking off a task on the second list I created it takes me back to the first list I created when accessing through the widget. Improvements of these would go a long way but overall an efficient app for a student like me.

I use ToDoListWidget for daily tasking, groceries, goals. It’s easier to use compared to apple’s standard apps. The only reason for one star off is it’s buggy when rearranging items within the list. But, this is one of the few apps I actually bought the premium for because it’s handy and user friendly at most cases.

I tried to find an app that could help me keep track of my daily habits with a widget -Most apps out there once you download immediately ask for a subscription and we’re so silly and expensive. ToDoListWidget had just what I needed- simple and straight forward. I do wish that my task list items were able to be toggled on and off just on the widget/ that there was an option to automatically reset the list each day

Let’s me run multiple widgets on my Home Screen for any number of separate check lists I want to keep up with, but don’t want them all jumbled together. It’s great for me with several projects going at once. I can put them in a stack, and flip through them to find the one I need depending what’s happening at the moment. It’s great. The colors and being able to have them graduated let’s me assign two different colors to each one, or solid colors. The developer is very responsive to questions.

I truly love this widget. Since the lists are not based on due dates I can create multiple lists like “weekly goals” , “to do someday” etc. everything is just right there when I turn on the iPad so I’m always aware of what needs to be done. Thus far I have no regrets giving this widget a try!

ToDoListWidget is my favorite! It’s free. Useful. Especially when adding it to my widgets and Home Screen so I can see my daily tasks.
The color and text options are also really cool to match any theme on my phone!

I was trying to do a to do list so I don’t forget and I stumbled on another to do list but it was subscription only so I deleted that then I found this one and it was free and so easy to use everything was right there great for doing lists

It seems so simple.. a to do list app. But it’s changed my life in so many ways. I highly recommend this to all of my friends. I use it for house chores, vacation prep, grocery lists and even work tasks. The widget is a game changer. No more texting myself my lists or getting frustrated that I lost the paper I wrote it down on.

Love ToDoListWidget . Lots of versatility to customize the lists which is exactly what I was looking for. Widgets make visual reminders perfect. Only minor issue I would like to see updated is autocapitalization and formatting. Some all uppercase acronyms correct to lowercase and cannot be changed. Would love to see this small change, but definitely 5stars.

I have inattentive type ADHD, ASD, work full time as a teacher and also am in school full time. I’ve tried every fun to-do app out there. None of them stick. I finally realized I was trying to overcomplicate my schedule and what I needed to get done and what I really needed was simplicity. I’ve been using ToDoListWidget for about a year and it couldn’t be more perfect.

Things I like about it (I have the premium version):
- Ability to make multiple lists
- Colorcoding lists
- Different sizes availability for widgets
- Ability to edit and check off or delete a task
- Ability to rearrange order of tasks
- Ability to change font type and size

I’m not sure there is anything I would even add or request to be changed. The beauty is in the simplicity. The best part? It works and helps with my ability to get tasks done and stick to my schedule.

I love the color factor of the widget. You can change it to any color on the color spectrum, as well as the text (and that’s without paying anything) you can also change the screen the widget appears on, and many other things. It is very customizable, so I set the colors to match my screensaver and it looks so cute!

Way more useful than I expected! Simple to set up. Easy to change. Infinite color choices for backgrounds and font. Keeps me on track by being easy to read, and helps me adjust all day long by providing quick access to add and delete items on my lists. Tasks. Shopping. Reminders. Any list I can think of. So helpful.

I have ADHD and I’m an attorney and this is the best to-do list I’ve ever used. I’ve tried Todoist, and it’s wonderful, but it has too many distracting bells and whistles. ToDoListWidget is a simple to-do list but it has more functionality than Apple’s Reminders. I LOVE that I can make a widget of a list (or multiple widgets of multiple lists), choose the size, and put it on the home page.

You can put the widget on your Home Screen, main widget screen, and even your Lock Screen!
Each location shows you your list and you can choose to show all tasks, incomplete tasks only, or complete tasks only.
You can also customize the widget with a plethora for colors and gradients to make it unique and flow with your phones theme!

It helps me keep track of what I need to get done. I have 4 different categories that I need to keep track of, the color coding is awesome. The widget it awesome.

The only thing I do wish it had, is the ability to automatically organize my things to do based off the date or time. Or once it’s checked off, it moves to the bottom Of the list, that would be nice.

I have already used many to-do list app. All are very complicated but this one is so simple to use and with all the customisation for widget and Lock Screen which I wanted for my iPhone. Best app to improve productivity with no annoying Ads. Developer is so friendly they quickly reply to my mail. Regular updates . I highly recommend any one who wants best and simple to-do list app.

Not this one. If you were searching for a free and easy to use simple app that allows you to set todo lists as widgets this is the one.
