World Clock Time Zone Widgets Reviews

WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets is AMAZING at showing ads. It works flawlessly on that front. Non-stop, in fact! Figuring that it might also be good at displaying time-related widgets, I set one up to show me the time in Los Angeles. And when I checked it out, it gave me the time in Los Angeles as 4:46pm. The sticking point is that at the time, it was 7:02am where I am on the east coast. So it should have said that the time in Los Angeles was 4:02am. Thinking this was strange, I opened WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets to see if I could diagnose the issue, and it immediately served me a full-screen ad! WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets clearly exists just to be an ad farm, and I don’t have use for some ad farm on my phone (maybe I will someday! But certainly not today) and so I deleted WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets to find one that actually displays accurate time widgets.

This is exactly what I was looking for! The World Clock has everything I wanted to keep the various time zones that I deal with straight. It has all the cities and countries that I need, and I like that you can use it with the 24 hour clock or with am/pm. I've included it on my home screen so that I have my most used time zones just a glance away. The ads are unobtrusive and really not an issue, or you can upgrade to get it without ads. Thanks for an app that is perfect for me!

We have both your World Clock and Cheatsheet (paid versions) and are happy with them.

Please consider NOT removing both apps in the Today View as you can view more data compared to widgets.

Also as a suggestion, is there a way you can incorporate an AM/PM indicator when the World Clock is in ANALOG view as my colleagues find it more aesthetically appealing when the clock is in analog view.

Also we had to do a restart for the Today View widgets (Today View>Customize >Edit) to reappear and be selected (this is not the iOS 14 widgets).

Thanks for doing what you do and making WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets. The design is nice and the functionality is more than what Apple provides as a stock app (especially with the widgets!)

I’m sure there will plenty of people that complain that a “simple clock app” shouldn’t have ads, but those idiots don’t realize that independent devs need money too.

Now that WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets has seconds added, it’s perfect. I added a widget and it updates super fast. As promised, once the seconds were added, my review has changed from a 2 Star to a 5 Star and I paid to remove adds even tho I never will open WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets . It’s literally just being used as the widget. Thanks for the quick update and dev response!

Does exactly what I need it to without any over the top extras. I just wanted a simple way to keep track of a few time zones on my home screen, and I wanted digital clocks. Doesn’t is simple and elegant and I love that there are so many widget options. Will happily pay to remove ads!

I’ve got the hang of it now, knowing the date & time in stock exchanges around the world. I really like World Clock, use it frequently.

It took me a little while to really get the hang of using it, but now I find it very handy. I buy stocks around the world & it’s helpful to check what time it is in other countries.

This simple app is very useful for those operating in multiple time zones. I wish I could select which time zone shows in the widget, but it works great. I also wish it could integrate into Control Panel, to replace the stupid time. $.99 to remove adds, as it was 50% off well worth it for developers work.

I’ll start out by saying I’m all for supporting developers and have purchased many ad free experiences, as I possibly may have done for WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets as well. But WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets served me an ad 5 seconds in when trying to add my first time zone. At least let me experience WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets before shoving monetization down my throat. I’ll find a developer more inclined to sell someone on their product’s merit rather than annoy them into buying it.

Wish we did not have ads blocking the view of WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets . It has ads on very bottom that is blocking the view of the time and world clocks when you is WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets . I would give 5 stars but the blocking my view on WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets is annoying and wish the ads where not there blocking my content and all the tome zones are hard to see since you have to pay to remove the ads blocking WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets .

My son is 35 years old and in his 14th year of military service with the Air Force. He’s been stationed in England, then S. Korea, then Hill, then Italy, two more tours in S. Korea and once in Arizona! Whew… this World 🌎 Clock allows me to keep track of times we can call each other and talk 😄 Great app!! Thank you 😊

I’ve been using it for years now, but because I check the widget, I rarely have the need to open WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets which means I never see the ads. I decided to pay the dollar to remove the ads to support the developer. I feel a little bad for not doing it sooner.

Finally found a great timepiece to easily know the exact time anywhere in the world and it is available at any moment. Customised setup. Just what I have always had trouble getting a grasp on, predicting future time at a remote location — until now. Thanks.

I like this but the widget takes 4 icon slots on the home page for the smallest widget and that’s way too much real estate... Any chance you could make it 1/4th the size? That would be very very handy. Please consider…

WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets works like Apple’s should have. You can add new cities in any time zone in the world and edit them. Widget works perfectly so you don’t need to open WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets . Pay a small fee to eliminate ads and you are all set with a World Clock that is simple and perfect.

Never out of sync! I am traveling, or my husband is traveling, or one or more members of my family are traveling, or one of my colleagues is traveling BUT this WORLD CLOCK keeps me in sync with those I desire to relate to. I love how easily I can adjust it to match the time zones of the cities I need.

I love it I use WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets all the time I can track my friends time cause I play video games and they have different times them me so I know when there on and not sleeping so I don’t wake them up

It is very useful to set interrupted times after power outages. You can read the accurate time to the second. This is something other clocks lack.

Ask to rate WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets , as soon as I open the settings! Don’t know what is urgency to get a review on WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets you opened few min ago!. Please consider users to volunteer to provide feedback, don’t force every min.

I have family scattered all over the world. Calling them is tricky. World clock really helps me . Interface is very easy to use, and read. It can be conveniently added to Today view. Love it!

Simple and elegant. Much better than the grotesque clock that is on iOS 11. Great to have a choice of 24 hour time. Also appreciate the ability to rename the clocks. A beautiful app.

I wanted a world clock widget which isn't provided by the stick Clock app. WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets has that, and as a bonus has the ability to rename timezones you add for easy readability. Exactly what I needed.

Thank you for providing WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets l now live in Alabama USA and my family’s all still live in Australia.. l always check the time in eastern Australia before l try and FaceTime with them..😂😂 l wish they would use it too😱😩🙄🤪😂

One suggestion. Please add some dark colors instead of all white.
Also if you can add analog images into widget to display instead of digital clock.

I love WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets! It even has a widget so I don’t have to open WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets to find out the time where my bf lives. My only problem is that there isn’t an Apple Watch app. So please add that in a future update! But for now WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets is pretty good.

WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets is simple and does what it’s supposed to do. The design complements the clock at the tops of the widgets screen. However, a horizontal layout would be nice.

Like that I can change the name of cities on the widget. I changed Ho Chi Minh to Saigon because it makes more sense to me. Love WorldClockTimeZoneWidgets /widget. Thanks
