This is a nice app but after a few minutes or button presses it stops working and asks you to upgrade to premium whenever you press something. I went a head and paid for it and SmartCastTVRemoteControl seems to be working good, it has the extra buttons like your playback and info controls. One problem though. If you have a custom keyboard on your device and it's taller than the standard apple keyboard, it will cover up the "done" button so you can't dismiss it. The only way I could get the keyboard to go away is to force quit and re-open SmartCastTVRemoteControl .

The remote to my Vizio tv grew legs, got up, and disappeared. And but of course foot prints to where it is hiding from me. I downloaded 3 other tv remote apps and none of them worked😑 but with my last ditch effort I downloaded SmartCastTVRemoteControl and it worked instantly!!! I couldn’t be happier!!!

I just want to say briefly that I have had nothing but frustration in trying to “HomeKit“ my Vizio TV.

SmartCastTVRemoteControl, and so far only SmartCastTVRemoteControl, has done what no other app could… it… it… works! ‘Eureka!’, I exclaimed.

I’ll likely give a higher rating when I’ve been given a chance to use SmartCastTVRemoteControl for a hot minute. Three requests to review SmartCastTVRemoteControl within the first moment of using it is a bit much .

I really needed this because earlier my little brother took my remote out of my room and now I can’t even find it so this really helped honestly SmartCastTVRemoteControl is great

App is overpriced and doesn’t even work right, Everytime I’d click a button it would go straight to an ad unless I paid which I’m not willing to do for a mobile tv remote that doesn’t work. SmartCastTVRemoteControl glitches on me 24/7 anyone would be crazy to pay for it. Word of advice if you have a Vizio tv get Vizio SmartCast mobile. It’s free to use, doesn’t have ads between every click!

This was honestly a complete waste of money. I paid for the lifetime premium of $9.99 and after about a week and a half the remote doesn’t even connect to my tv any more. Like literally it will connect to every other tv that is near except for my tv and my tv is most definitely connected to the same WiFi. I will definitely be filing for a dispute to get my money back.

SmartCastTVRemoteControl is still asking me to read iteven change the channels because the window keeps popping up trying to get me to write a review. So annoying

At first it was not functional. Next day SmartCastTVRemoteControl /buttons were fully functional. Thinking phone and/or tv needed a reset.

It is amazing when I lost my remote and it works very well yes sometimes it will delay, but that might just be my Wi-Fi I totally recommend this is you have a Vizio and lost/broke your remote.

Kids are always losing the remote. SmartCastTVRemoteControl was a lifesaver. My wife and I both have it on our phones. Buy the lifetime premium, works perfectly!

I lose my remote all the time. But honestly I wish I had just bought a tile for my remote rather than SmartCastTVRemoteControl. Literally never can connect to my tv it’s absolutely useless. Would be so convenient if it worked. Makes me wish I had bought a Roku tv because the remote app is free

Great. Annoying that they constantly ask for reviews. I’m only writing this so I can actually use SmartCastTVRemoteControl without the pop up every 10 seconds

SmartCastTVRemoteControl did what it’s supposed to do, if I lost my remote to my smart TV, I could rely on SmartCastTVRemoteControl… I like it, I’m glad I had it🥰

You can use SmartCastTVRemoteControl for only a little while until it won’t respond with anything except an ad for you to pay for it. I won’t pay for a tv remote app!

I love this! I just hated every time I would tap something it would try and make me pay.

My phone won’t connect to SmartCastTVRemoteControl , I’ve tried unplugging and replugging the tv and seeing if my wifi was the problem nothing is working.
Not sure if maybe it’s just my phone, but I’m not sure.

How the shi gon work for 30 seconds all smoothly then I gotta pay a subscription to click buttons??? Something I can do with my remote .. welp looks like I gotta go find that remote 🤦🏽‍♂️
