Potential to be a good app but...

As a season ticket holder I was asked to use the app. Sometimes I can access my tickets and sometimes I can access virtual currency. Most time I cannot. The app is suppose to work seamlessly with Ticketmaster - it does not. Do not force season ticket-holders to use an app that sometimes works and clearly has some major bugs.
Synching with Ticketmaster is a nightmare

I don’t know whose issue this is, but I absolutely cannot log in to Ticketmaster using this app. I can log in from the browser on my phone! I can view my tickets from my computer! But I can’t log in from the blackhawks app which makes my tickets unusable, as far as I can tell.
