I’d love to give ChicagoBlackhawks a high rating but I’m growing weary of the whole thing. I have the official NHL app and I have the official Chicago Blackhawks app with their accounts and logins. Then I have the official United Center app with its own login and account which is supposed to enhance my game day experience. I also have my official Ticketmaster app that stores my game tickets with its own account and login. Now there is this separate app which won’t let me login to my current Blackhawk/NHL account so I have to create yet another account. And the thing is this has a piece or two of each of the other apps I already have but does not not have all of it. Nor do any of the five apps have the same data available at the official team website.

I’m sorry, but are 5 apps and a website really necessary to enjoy hockey? It may be because when I want a piece of info other than Ticketmaster or United Center I generally can’t remember which of the 3 apps (or website) has what I want. It’s just not the fan friendly experience it’s touted to be.

I love being able to access my tickets, stats, and digital content all in one place. Mobile ordering is super convenient too! More teams should do this.

As a season ticket holder I was asked to use ChicagoBlackhawks . Sometimes I can access my tickets and sometimes I can access virtual currency. Most time I cannot. ChicagoBlackhawks is suppose to work seamlessly with Ticketmaster - it does not. Do not force season ticket-holders to use an app that sometimes works and clearly has some major bugs.

I don’t know whose issue this is, but I absolutely cannot log in to Ticketmaster using ChicagoBlackhawks. I can log in from the browser on my phone! I can view my tickets from my computer! But I can’t log in from the blackhawks app which makes my tickets unusable, as far as I can tell.

I can’t find the radio Listen Live feature anywhere. Also not sure what the wallet is for. ???

Why do you force customers to download ChicagoBlackhawks to access transferred tickets?

I’m a season tickets holder and downloading or transferring tickets works seldom-to-never. I end up going to the internet to do it there. Waste of time

Please fix ChicagoBlackhawks it is not working properly, ChicagoBlackhawks is slow to open. Fix ChicagoBlackhawks

This is a good app, but the official NHL is better, quite frankly. The official NHL app offers video game highlights and recaps, which this official Blackhawks app does not have.

ChicagoBlackhawks is trash for managing your season tickets. They need to fix the bugs before the season starts.
