Close and restart the Cibo app on iPhone
Update Cibo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cibo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cibo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cibo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Cibo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Cibo app issues:

Force Stop the Cibo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Cibo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Cibo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cibo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Cibo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Cibo.

Fix Cibo unable to contact server/ Cibo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Cibo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Cibo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cibo on android.
