Keine Zahlungsmöglichkeiten
Die App ist unbrauchbar, da ich keine Zahlungsmethoden hinzufügen kann. Wenn ich auf die Taste für z.B. PayPal drücke, verschwindet alles direkt.

App unbrauchbar
Obwohl ich mich ordnungsgemaess registriert habe, erlaubt es mir die App nicht, mich anzumelden. Beim Druecken der roten Anmeldetaste passiert nichts. Ich wollte das Password zuruecksetzen aber auch das funktioniert nicht. Echt peinlich, dass es die Rheinbahn im Jahr 2022 nicht schafft eine funktionsfaehige App an den Start zu bringen. Also, zurueck zum guten alten Tickstautomaten, was scheinbar eher der Rheinbahnkultur entspricht.
