Einfach schlecht
Das ist die schlechteste App, die ich jemals heruntergeladen habe. Wieso braucht man die Nummer des Personalausweises. Das ist nicht mal bei der DB notwendig. Zudem musste ich die ganze Anmeldung abbrechen, da ein mir nicht bekannter PIN verlangt wurde. Einfach schlecht und nicht zeitgemäß.

Konnte kein Ticket über den Trip-Planner kaufen. “System Error”. Ticket musste ich manuell auswählen und kaufen. Allerdings wurde der Kauf schneller abgeschlossen als gedacht: mir wurde vor Kauf KEIN Preis angezeigt. Ich glaube das ist nicht ganz nach Deutschem Gesetz. Da mir der Preis auf den gekauften zu Niedrig vorkam, habe ich gucken wollen wie teuer ein anderes Ticket wäre. Nun ehe es mir wieder einen Preis anzeigte habe ich es wieder gekauft. Ende: 2 Tickets von denen ich nur eins benötigte und ohne dass ich den Preis wusste war der Kauf abgeschlossen. Eine E-Mail samt screenshots brachte mir keine Antwort. Da das ganze auf Grund des System Errors basierte, hätte ich mein geld für ein Ticket zurück gewollt.
