I bought two packs of points and never received them. It was a 250 and a 550. The money was taken out of my account. I would like my points, please.
I been having a problem with the app Addictive Audiobooks Plus, I installed the app and every time I try to open it and get it started it says I'm offline and can't connect... I check my Internet box and I even uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still says the same thing over again. I am actually really excited and interested plus looking forward to the books I want to hear, I'm very disappointed that the app does not work for me. :( Please fix the issue!
Good but has flaws…

Downloaded cause of an ad on Facebook
Good: Lots of different books and lots of good books. Bad: (this stuff is why I took stats away) You cannot read one book till the chapter ends and you have to wait for another. You cannot start reading a different book while waiting for the chapter cause it restarts the timer. It’s way too expensive for buying the chapters and stuff like they aren’t thinking of all the people out there that aren’t rich or the people who have this app but are living paycheck to paycheck. And finally not enough ways to get coins to get points…
App good but books EXPENSIVE

You get the first few chapters for free but then you have to have several points to listen to more chapters or wait 7hours to listen to the next chapter. Basically I get 2chapters a day and buying the whole book can be pricey but not worth it for the books. The book is actually good and I would like to listen to more but I’m not sure I’ll start another because of the cost or timing.

Everytime I try and open the app it says that it seems like I'm offline and that I have to restart the app to open it up again. I've done exactly that over 10 time already and the same message popped up. Problem is I'm already connected to the Internet, so I don't know how this is possible. I'd really like to see what the app has in store but this issue has got to be taken care of first.
