Submitted my SSN and photo of license but was still rejected and wasn’t even given a reason why or option to retry. Skip Seis seems like it was made by a team of amateurs…

Ya descargue la aplicación pero por lo que veo que this app solo funciona para mexico o también funciona con la matrícula consular de Guatemala. Tengo mi ID consular pero soy de Guatemala. Por favor sacanme de duda si solo es para mexicanos o para cualquier país

Terrible service, I've been waiting for the card for 3 weeks and it never arrives and other banks only take about 10 days, I don't recommend it.

I’ve been using this app for almost a year and so far only minor inconveniences happened, so far happy with the service, but now suddenly there will be a third party involved a new bank associated, which frankly I don’t want to use (so far everything has gone pretty good only with this app alone why change?) and after the last update is mandatory to move your account to this bank (deleting your previous account with this app and switching automatically to this new bank with quite bad reviews)….

And that’s how everything starts falling apart, i guess it’s time to start searching for a new bank, I guess good things don’t last forever

Mejor utilizar un banco tradicional. Me encuentro fuera del país por trabajo y te cierran la cuenta sin previo aviso. Falta de claridad. Pésimo!

Seis is trash it sign me up to things I don’t want to and steal from you and do t gave it back and every time you go to a gas station it would take 100 dólar from you account and gave it back like in 3 day and am tired of Seis that is trash taking money from me

I signed up because they're was no monthly charge. I only paid to add money or to get cash but now they're charging $6 a month on top of that. That's not what I signed up for.

It doesn't work with Zelle

Why it’s only in spanish ?

The only problem with this bank is that the zelle is limited to just $500 per week that’s very bad

So I recently had my phone stolen in an unfamiliar area which caused me to lose access to a major email I use for all my banking apps and what not and I haven’t been in a stable position to keep a real bank open In a few months so I went out of my way scabbing the internet for an alternative that I haven’t already tried and that didn’t hound me for an id photo because ya that was also stolen but I still have money to put in my wallet and it’s a lot easier to keep up with when it’s your phone that is either glued to your hand or in your back pocket… anyway I came across this app first thing that caught my eye besides the name which I thought was cute but also questioned why 6 was the feature that it was comparable not only with cash app but also Zelle which is something that not all online cards can do that is probably the biggest most unique perk for me then I realized the 6 might have stood for the devils favorite number because I am clearly an English speaking woman (from the valley) and my Spanish is not so great but I’m familiar with these platforms and i know my way around a lot of these banking apps so I pretty much know all the functionalities the problem is when there is a problem…. They often freeze the card without notification and god when I call the number for help surprise it’s in Spanish out of frustration I convinced my Spanish friend to sign up we figured it would be easier if he just got my money and transferred it to his card to get our hotel room tonight well as simple as it sounds it’s not their customer service has you on hold for hours just to give u a runaround or tell u somthin you already knew… your card will be frozen often got frozen after his first transaction I have yet to unfreeze mine kuz I don’t know what their saying not to mention I am missing a deposit of $400 that should have come through hours ago smh I can’t get much help without screensottibg everything and running it through a translator but other than that it’s great some would say amazing very colorful I just wish it where more diverse lol

They take too long to deposit the checks, it takes like a whole week to finish it and put the money in my account, would be amazing if you can take less time in that

Realmente cualquier persona que tenga una tarjeta necesita un zelle muy necesario pero de resto buen banco

Me gusta porque tengo mi tarjeta que puedo usar para comprar en cualquier lado también hacer compras en línea, con respecto al Zelle si puedo hacer pagos por Zelle pero solo a otras personas que tengan Zelle, a veces necesito pagar alguna compra en Venezuela en un súper mercado o algún mall y no me deja chequeen eso plis de resto todo 👍🏻

Lo que no me gusta que no se puede agregar dinero en un cajero cualquiera

Seis is really easy to use but the customer service needs to be improved because their wait times are really long, so long that some times you forget that you’re trying to solve something through them and some times you can’t solve things because they policy seems kinda trashy

Mi cuenta de this app es maravillosa. Me funciona perfectamente en todos sitios y puedo incluso usar la app Zelle

They only accept subscriptions from Spanish-speaking countries, including Spain but not other European countries. That is a bit ridiculous.
