PrescriptionHub does not do the #1 most important thing: refill your prescriptions. At least in the old app you could monitor when you were eligible for a refill and how many refills you had left, which I do not see in PrescriptionHub. All you can do in PrescriptionHub is see how much it will cost at Magellan mail order vs 2 of the nearest pharmacies which you cannot specify. You can also see if the claim was approved or denied. The other mail order insurance pharmacies have apps that let you do everything you need including ordering refills. Somehow they took an already terrible app and replaced it with a new worse app with FaceID. Which means I still need to call Magellan for refills, which they will mess up more than 50% of the time.

I just began using Magellan in July when my husband changed jobs. I was able to get my prescription ordered by my doctor, and it was delivered. But I can’t log on to PrescriptionHub to pay my bill. It keeps giving an error. It’s completely useless. Not sure how I’m supposed to pay unless I mail a check. It’s 2022. Also, when I tried to manage my prescription, it kept leaving PrescriptionHub and going to my browser where it wouldn’t load. Then it tells me I’m supposed to disable everything protective in my browser to use their site. Ummm, no. That’s data harvesting.

PrescriptionHub is terrible. I’ve used other mail service companies in the past for medication and they provide so much more information and give you so much more access to refilling, stopping, canceling, and checking your prescriptions. it would be nice if PrescriptionHub could tell you if your order is being processed, if your order is delayed, if your prescription has been denied, if your prescription is backordered, if you need prior authorization for a prescription, if you’re prescription ships and the tracking information. Then when I call the 800 number to ask questions they are just as clueless. I hope you improve PrescriptionHub and make it more user-friendly. If PrescriptionHub provided more information we wouldn’t have to call customer service and ask them.

If I had a dollar for every time PrescriptionHub failed to load, I’d be able to afford my medication without insurance.

PrescriptionHub is essentially useless because it never even loads. And when it does load, it doesn’t provide you any useful information concerning your prescriptions.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it’s still not working. I get errors. What good is PrescriptionHub when you can’t do anything with it. Even when it was working it didn’t do what it claimed. I couldn’t check to see if meds were covered or what meds were needed n my plan.

PrescriptionHub horrible. I have yet to have an experience where it didn’t throw a “something went wrong” error message. Then when by chance I’ve gotten PrescriptionHub to open, you can’t do take any action. Such as placing a recurring order. You’re better off not having an app at all!

Can’t order prescriptions in PrescriptionHub , have to sign into the website for that. Of course when you go to the website to sign in, it strongly encourages to download and use PrescriptionHub with severely limited functionality. It’s one thing to put a useless app out, but it is another whole level of insanity to promote it so heavily.

PrescriptionHub does not allow you to track your prescriptions after they are deemed ready. You have to call the helpline often to keep track of your prescriptions. PrescriptionHub gives you links that take you back to a generic browser sign on window. It’s very troublesome and basically useless.

This is the worst app I have ever downloaded. It has never worked. They updated it and it still won’t load. I have deleted PrescriptionHub and re-downloaded it several different times and it still doesn’t work. They wasted whatever money they dumped into PrescriptionHub. And their website doesn’t work on my iphone. Cutting edge technology displayed here…..

What’s the point in PrescriptionHub other than to see all your meds?? My employer used to use Express Scripts until the beginning of 2022 and their app was so much more user friendly: I could see my meds, when they expired, what was due for refill, how many refills I had left, request refills, new scripts, etc. Magellan needs to take some hints..their app is garbage.

I’m new to MagellanRx and PrescriptionHub is terrible. No ability to actually refill a prescription or use the mail order service. It shows a confusing history of prescription claims, along with prices at a few different pharmacies near you. Not helpful to actually manage your prescription and utilize mail order service through Magellan. Big thumbs down. 👎🏼

The people that selected this company at my employer are extremely incompetent. PrescriptionHub is equally useless. The compare prescription prices option shows just 2 pharmacies that you cannot charge. This is a major shortcoming of PrescriptionHub. In order to do a true comparison- you will still need to log into their website which does provide better data. Totally useless app and company.

PrescriptionHub only provides a view of your Rx status and it only gives a definition of the status. No ability to reorder prescriptions or no update payment methods. No benefit to the end user. With today’s technology, self service options are a must have. You might as well toss PrescriptionHub out or get with the times and hire a developer to have these options available.

Absolutely disgusted with PrescriptionHub and health care provider. You can’t even get passed the login. This is the worst app ever. Even after turning off all the cookies and ad tracking, I still am unable to even get into my account. You sit at a loading screen forever. Do better! It is extremely frustrating when you can’t see if you’ll be getting your medication in the mail.

So frustrating. I have several prescriptions that are clearly visible and I can order them when I go onto my computer and use my browser. PrescriptionHub , using my same login and password, never said anything more than the fact that I had no prescriptions when I very clearly did. Without the ability to see my prescriptions and refill, PrescriptionHub is useless.

Once you are able to log in, all you see is your prescription with “Ready” button next to it. When you click ready it just gives you a definition of what ready means!

Here’s an idea, how about an actual “Refill” button that takes you to a Webview of your real site. Nope, they probably can’t, because when you load their site on a mobile device it just show the loading animation in perpetuity.

At the first of the year company recently chose the magellan RX as our prescription provider. we previously had Optum RX. It’s only February 2 and I want to go back to Optum RX.

I came to the review to see if I was the only one having issues and by all of the reviews I have read I see that I am not nor does the company read the reviews!

PrescriptionHub is horrible. Calling in getting through to customer service is horrible. The website is horrible. All you get are system error, technical difficulties and please repeat.

I’m calling in customer service. The recording says please hold after your phone call for a survey. Well I held on to take the survey and the customer service rep never hung up so that I could get to the survey. It was like we were teenagers, waiting for the other one to hang up.

Without exaggeration, PrescriptionHub simply does not function. It continually shows it’s loading but nothing ever loads. I’ve tried on both cell and wifi connections and have deleted and reinstalled PrescriptionHub .

This is frustrating and unacceptable. It is a medication management app - it’s straightforward and less complex to build than most apps.

If you have to use Magellan because of your insurance plan then this is what you’re stuck with. Since PrescriptionHub doesn’t work, you can either struggle with their website (which also doesn’t load properly) OR you can call them and hope the time on hold is short.

Magellan is unnecessarily complicating access to prescription medications which people rely on to live. They are an impediment to the right to medical care.

This may be the slowest, most unresponsive, unreliable app I have used ever, in any context. This is a black mark on the face of MagellanRx as its uselessness as an app suggests that the entire company must function this way. Get some work done on PrescriptionHub, MagellanRx! This COULD be such a valuable tool! In the meantime, until something gets better, those of us who are tied to MagellanRx because of our insurer will continue to suffer its total lack of competency — or, even more likely — just never use it.

PrescriptionHub recognizes my log in and my account but it doesn’t have my prescriptions which I’ve been refilling since early this year. If PrescriptionHub doesn’t know my prescription and RX history, it’s useless. I also chose to allow face recognition when prompted AND in the settings but it doesn’t ever give me that option when I’m logging. I was SO hopeful for PrescriptionHub because the mobile web experience is nil. The site NEVER loads the dashboard. To have a whole app that is just as useless is incredibly frustrating.

Magellan is forcing me to use either CVS or Magellan. I chose Magellan as CVS is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Ironically enough Magellan showed that CVS isn’t bottom of the barrel, Magellan is. Wow, I barely even registered and I can’t get anything to load on my portal. The only thing that loads is error codes. I immediately deleted PrescriptionHub and my account. I’ll call and have her take me off my meds, I’m not dealing with this juvenile nonsense each month.

To recap, my horrible insurance chose the horrible Magellan to run their RX’s, but I’m forced to use only CVS or Magellan, no one else. It’s like the blind leading the blind.

I open PrescriptionHub and have a new password but I can’t put the new password in but it said something is wrong

The ability to review family members data is great. I can grant access to other family members to see my data without them having to request access. Each family member can manage access to their data.

I like how PrescriptionHub differentiates between prior authorizations and claims, very clean.

Unfortunately PrescriptionHub does not allow me to refill prescriptions. That can only be done on the companion website.
