I've had this app since the beginning. They had so many issues that many people gave up that were under me. Then they emailed me back in Sept '21 that I needed to set up my Stripe acct, as I had over $270. I did that immediately. All that did was start a string of emails to one of the higher ups, as Customer Service never answers my tickets. At one point he said "They were waiting for funding." It's now April '22, and I have yet to see that money. I would never recommend this app to anyone. All I've heard is how people aren't getting paid, as many of the comments above.

In need of support help with my Tapestri account. I cannot access my tapertri account as my current email with Tapestri is: nayladybug@redacted which no longer works/exists. I signed up 28 free users for the app and six affiliates as an affiliate but my money is still in pending status. I have submitted two tickets and emailed Tapestri but still waiting for a response. The company is using my data and making money off my signups but I'm not being paid!

This did not work for me !! Don’t c the point in it !! There’s no contact # or info to call or speak to anyone in charge !! I have over $25.00 in my account and i am unable to cash it out although they stated that we must have over $10.00 in the account to be cashed. This is the second text message sent to no avail What to do? And i also want to change the credit card account no used previously while setting stripe to my personal account in Chase going forward? I have been using Tapestri for just about 4 months now, it says you have to have a $10 balance to cash out, well I have $15 that I am able to cash out and $7 pending, when I try to cash out it won’t let me, it says that I have to have $10 to be able to cash out which I do, so why can’t i cash out?

I am not able to have my keyboard used in your app when asked questions to type in the surveys and when I first started using the app I was able to use keyboard now the keyboard won't show on screen to use for typing answers in the surveys, but my keyboard works on everything else on my phone

I signed up pre launch as an affiliate. I set up the app immediately when it became available. The app has never tracked me properly. I have not had one location noted since 10/28. My locations are set to always. I have checked for updates in the App Store and there aren’t any.

I registered ages and ages ago. I have clicked a link sent from a friend and when i go to download the app it says i am aready registered. When i try to log in and FORGOT PASSWORD i get a message stating there is an error and to try later? My friend can't even see my name on hers either. Also, is this an Apple thing or can I use my Samsung?

Terrible developer

They really need to improve their app. Never got the places right and the monthly balance is way off compare to the earnings. Always stuck in the blue pre- log in screen. So frustrated each time when I check this app. The idea is ok but the software is so bad. It’s been almost a month now. And the app stopped adding the total money since Nov1st. When we are close to the circle closure for our goals and the app stopped adding from the daily paybacks to the monthly balance. You would think this should just be a simple addition from the programming. So frustrated they just can’t make the app right. Please fix your bug. Do your developer teams do test the app out? Or the different developer groups don’t talk to each other.

He get the app for over nine dollars a month I have had the app since September so far they have paid me zero dollars. Their support is nonexistent. They never respond. I am not the only one with these kinds of problems. But they are always quick to point out that why are you fussing this is a free app. That is their response to everything don’t Fuss it’s a free app, so I guess the jast of that is it’s free don’t expect it to work right

Kills my battery

I signed up for the app months ago after I heard about it from several coupon youtubers. When it was released I downloaded it right away. However, I deleted it the next day. Because it will only work if you have location set to “always on” in the settings, the phone battery drains ridiculously fast. I have few opportunities during my workday to charge my phone, so this app just won’t work for me.
