I don’t know why it’s been three months and everytime I try to open the gallery of the calculatorX it just crashes. So for 3 months I haven’t been able to access my important videos and pictures I have on the app. If you guys could help that would be amazing because I really need those pictures and videos back

How to fix CalculatorX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CalculatorX app on iPhone
Update CalculatorX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CalculatorX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CalculatorX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CalculatorX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CalculatorX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CalculatorX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CalculatorX App
1. On android, goto Settings » CalculatorX » click [Force Stop]

Update CalculatorX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CalculatorX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CalculatorX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CalculatorX.

Fix CalculatorX unable to contact server/ CalculatorX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CalculatorX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CalculatorX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CalculatorX
