I started playing this awhile back and I started getting problems in the game that was never solved. My season pass was bugged and couldn’t progress before this season pass. Submitted a report and it never got looked at. And this new pass that came out bugged my game even more. Instead of taking 2 minutes to regenerate 1 energy, IT NOW TAKES 15. I thought at first if I uninstall and reinstall the game, it would help fix itself. But now I just lost all of my progress and now it’s forcing me to start over. And I made sure I was following Facebook and instagram. And there are way too much ads, felt this way even when I started playing this game. Very bad broken undeveloped game that you should not waste your time and any progress you make in the game

I’m giving one star because every time your little notification that asks you to rate comes on, it freezes the app and I have to reload it.
If that were only it I’d leave it be because I think that’s a glitch with the notification on every app these days and it could just be my phone.
The stories are extremely boring and lame. The first one is wearing a seatbelt and catching a snake. The next one is choosing the outfit and stuff. The outfit options are all bad, including the one you have to watch a video for. They’re extremely ugly.
This is also marketed as a kids game and like every other child’s game right now, there’s so much cleavage to get them addicted. It’s repulsive.
The ads you have are insanely inappropriate. A bra making game with more cleavage than imaginable. A game with a horse with breasts wearing lingerie. Do you not pay attention to what pays you?
My main problem though, the least important one, is how boring and ugly the stories are. You should have more outfits that don’t look horrific, and less insanely boring stories. And get rid of the cleavage, this is rated a kids game.

I had an issue where I straight up couldn’t move on in the game. I put in a ticket a week or so goes by no response. I put in another ticket nothing. I happen to get a rocket to solve my problem and be able to move on… now everything is expensive the decor, cleaning. No longer get free cash everyday. The stories used to take you through the entire part now it does a third. I think their response to my ticket was to give me 15 of the max makeup which sells for $6 and doesn’t help at all other than fill up spots that could be used to merge items. This was a great game when I started and I was spending money on small items. Don’t waste your time. It will be unplayable once you reach a certain point and you will regret spending time on it.
