I visited WindCreek on July 17, 2024. I was not aware that you had to use the sapphire free play in Oder to use free play. The sapphire version is not easy to win while playing the games. I have been a member over 10 years. I know that I will not be playing anymore with WindCreek. It has taught me a valuable life experience. I think playing at WindCreek has changed a lot, the communication is not there for the people. However, in the future they are fading away from the old version of WindCreek and only using the new app, Casinoverse. Be aware!!!

I used to love the old wind creek app, it took a while to gain useful points but at least it was kind of fun playing CasinoverseByWindCreek slots to gain enough point to cash in at the W Store. This new Casinoverse app works off that point system, but now you also need to acquire sapphires in order to be able to cash in anything The way to get sapphires is too either play some corny mini games or tap endlessly on the in app globe as items or planes pop up. Neither the mini games or tip tap slog are any fun or can be done while also watching tv. The worst part is, they are given out completely randomly. Like extremely randomly. Doing extra good on a mini app earns you nothing, I have had some days where I can get around 10 in an hour. Sometimes I can play for over an hour and get none, as of now, I have been stuck at 59 for days. This new sapphire system has completely drained all the fun out of CasinoverseByWindCreek

The long anticipated and super hyped-up new app - sorry disappoint but not a fan at all. Drains your phone and iPad batteries fast because there’s too much unnecessary graphics, hard to navigate and slow, hard on the eyes after 10 min of play, accidentally refreshes too often while on gameplay or tournaments because everything is to small, chatting and editing what you type is a forever task to do, too many glitches, gems that you need in order to redeem free play is almost not existent, too time consuming to mine for gems, and so much more that I dislike. I’m more in favor of the old app but prior to the drastic changes in requirements for wstore redemptions.

They only give you Sapphires the first day, then second day you get another 20% of what you got the day prior. I then skipped a day and went back- got 0. So not really worth playing…maybe every 3 months for a day or two then stop and grab $10-$20 free play.

Challenges are also annoying- click the same boat 25 times but have to wait 45 seconds between each click and that’s only half the challenge. Between this and them now not giving out weekly free play, I may start traveling an extra 20 minutes to a different casino.

This game to me is a waste of time. I been stuck on 30 sapphire for 3 months and they give out sapphire’s when they feel like it. Then when you get in the tournament it restarts you while you’re playing in the tournament. I like the original Wind Creek app better, at least you get your Wind score points while playing the game. CasinoverseByWindCreek is a a joke, here you are playing however amount of time you play and don’t receive any sapphire is a waste of time, because you need sapphire’s to redeem for free play and your not getting any, what’s the purpose?

CasinoverseByWindCreek itself is neat. It’s honestly kind of boring after awhile. If it was more interactive rather than just tapping stuff it would be a lot more fun to play. It feels kind of pointless to keep playing it when the gems are so rare that you NEVER find any and there’s no way to earn them. They’re required to buy anything that’s worth buying in the Wstore. I have played CasinoverseByWindCreek everyday since it’s launched and not found a single gem. It would be worth it if there were ways to earn them. Aside from the speed, I like the old app better.

For the techno-geeks CasinoverseByWindCreek has been extremely reliable while customer service is efficient, knowledgeable and available. For the rest of us if you play the various free games you can win credits that can be traded for free play at the various casinos with their free rewards card. I know of one person who showed up with $20 in cash and $40 in free play and walked out with $11k. Another lady blew her initial $250 budget and only had $40 free play from playing CasinoverseByWindCreek and walked out with $5k. So YES, you can win with CasinoverseByWindCreek.
EDIT: Since writing this review I have not received any rewards or anything close to the credits I had been receiving. Apparently it’s arbitrary and not subject to human oversight. So be careful with your expectations!!

CasinoverseByWindCreek itself is fine. Easy to navigate and the wins in the map are fun BUT lately there are NO GEMS. Before if you won the jackpot which wasn’t often you won sapphire and ruby gems. Lately it’s easier to win the jackpot but there are no gems. I haven’t won gems in over a month so I’m not playing much anymore. The reason I spent my valuable time playing was to win gems for the things needed from the Wstore (like food and hotel credits) which would make me come back to the property and play. BUT as of late there are no gems to be won no matter how much you play or win. So I give it 2 stars for that reason.

The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because CasinoverseByWindCreek itself is pretty smooth. But everyone’s gripe is YOU CAN’T EARN GEMS. BOTH sapphires and rubies are needed to redeem anything of note in the Wstore (free play, food credit, etc), but they are IMPOSSIBLE to earn. Community managers claim you’ll find them by tapping items on the map or big wins in games. Well I’ve been tapping every item and hit 100,000 credits on a game and nothing. And as mentioned, THESE GEMS ARE NEEDED. The minimum amount needed is at least 2 of each, going all the way up to 15, but there’s none. Rather scummy practices.

As with any gambling establishment, they are in it to win it. This online game is no exception. At first the payouts were good, earning gems that enables you to purchase freeplay. Now gems are very scarce, no chance to earn enough to purchase free play. Other than that, if you enjoy just tapping a button with winning credits this ap is definitely that. I enjoy the graphics, etc but would totally enjoy it more if gems were more readily available to obtain

CasinoverseByWindCreek is amazing the way that they have done the games and the graphics on it. The only thing that is bad, it’s that is very hard to get gems and rubies. Original app was way much better in purchasing free play, food, etc. Hoping that they can make it a bit better. Other than that would have given a five star.

I have a lot of family members and friends that work for the properties abroad. Because of earlier years of reporting problems- I was blocked and kicked off of the Wetumpka site. However, on the other properties I can post and share my great experiences today (WIN OR LOSE). If we are give reviews to write - at least whoever is in charge of reading them- shall accept constructive criticism- fix it- and reply. Especially, when we spend a lot of money traveling there to play abd support the community. Anyway, Brent, Kay, and their bosses need to fix it where those that report issues- reply and make it right. Lastly, we have lost a lot of Fantasy Players as myself- and since the world is opening back up- there are many places to travel and adventure to. Never forget where we came from! Karma has no end. I forgive and forget the past and move on. Unblock me from posting. Some of those individuals are no longer working from any of you all’s properties- that I had the issues with - when I addressed the problem back then. Go back to how good things use to be and I can network my 107 friends back down there. Until then get my account straight whereas I can post! Tell Brent and Kay- when I show up to the parties- I am the one that get the party started! They should put me on their payroll or my cleaning service that I run in Birmingham, Alabama. 😁😄

Pros and Cons…..Numerous ways to obtain free play, food credit, hotel stays, etc via tournaments, drawings, quests and auctions and folks seem to play all day long increasing their balance and Wscore. A variety of games to select from, but recently there have been issues in accessing games due to system errors (cannot load room) as well as issues with displays. I wish the newer games when posted would be similar to those at the casino and that when playing tournaments they would switch up the game selection a bit. Wind Creek Bethlehem should also offer up drawing prizes such as Chop House/Urban Table dinners and or spa options as they do for the Alabama locations. All in all, I have received benefits from the online system and continue to select and choose what and when I want to play.

I like CasinoverseByWindCreek . At first I was very excited about it. But then they took the rubys away and the nuggets. We get sapphires but they started giving them out less and less. CasinoverseByWindCreek allows you to play and accumulate wscore that you can redeem for free play and free food credits and quests and different activities which was exciting at first. But then you realize that you start redeeming the wscore for free play they then take away the free play icon for sometimes months. So after awhile it is not so much fun. So, yes CasinoverseByWindCreek can be fun but be careful what and how much you redeem because they take away those perks when you use them with the excuse it is bases on your rate of play.

Hames overall have improved over the years but the wins are not huge. I never get any of the jackpots in the bonus and minis are the norm. But over all fun. Get free play regularly but need to spend equally of your own money at casino to be able to get more free play. Overall not horrible. Valuable food credit earning potential!

I love the new app!! All around it is better than the first app and has a lot more ways to play and earn points, gems and more which can be used later to enter drawings and purchase free play, dining certificates to use in their fine restaurants, etc. I love it and play daily. You won’t be dissatisfied. Way to go Wind Creek!!

I’ve played this game since it originally started . It’s a fun way to compete in daily tournaments and win prizes & free play. Also you can use your winning points score to purchase tickets for the daily drawings . They have a huge variety of games to choose from as well .

CasinoverseByWindCreek is very nice… the gameplay seems to load better and run much smoother. The graphics in general have a much more aesthetic appeal. There is a learning curve here as with anything else, however, it doesn’t take very long to get up and running. Once it is all the information and opportunities from the previous app are there plus even more options to earn rewards.

What I like most about the new app is that it has playful vibes…

I have been testing and playing on Casinoverse since the day it became available on the iPhone.
There are numerous games and new ones are added frequently.
There’s something for everyone and as long as you visit the casino, sapphires will be available for you.
