App pops up a note about collecting contact data. The note options are "not now" or "allow". Both options take me to my account settings. Also, my links aren't showing up on my public profile.

How to fix Linkme app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Linkme app on iPhone
Update Linkme app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Linkme iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Linkme on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Linkme network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Linkme Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Linkme not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Linkme App
1. On android, goto Settings » Linkme » click [Force Stop]

Update Linkme to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Linkme App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Linkme » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Linkme.

Fix Linkme unable to contact server/ Linkme internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Linkme » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Linkme » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Linkme
