How to fix EPIK app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EPIK app on iPhone
Update EPIK app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EPIK iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EPIK on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EPIK network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EPIK Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EPIK not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EPIK App
1. On android, goto Settings » EPIK » click [Force Stop]

Update EPIK to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EPIK App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EPIK » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EPIK.

Fix EPIK unable to contact server/ EPIK internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EPIK » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EPIK » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EPIK
