I was able to get on YApp a few times weeks ago. Then, I would click on it. It would take a little bit and then the screen would go white. I’ve deleted and downloaded it multiple times. I’ve turned off my phone too. It came back up a couple of times. However, now it just stays on the opening screen and nothing happens. It’s very frustrating because it was a really helpful and well designed app. Please look into this problem. I always keep my iPhone up to date. I can’t understand the issue.

I very rarely can get YApp to open. Goes to YApp , but will not open. Not happy with YApp at all.

Every time I install YApp it opens one e however I have to keep uninstalling it or it won’t load

I am a new affiliate and I am not able to open YApp 99% of the time. The few times it has opened allowed me to see what a great app it is. It won’t go past the open screen. A couple of times it went to an all white screen. That’s it. I have also deleted and downloaded it multiple times. I have an iPhone and an iPad, same issues on both. I messaged Customer Service and have not received a response. I work from my iPad so I’ll be very upset if this can’t be resolved.

If I were to take this business as my only form of income using YApp that is supposed to make things better I’d be broke. YApp never works for me. I am totally unsatisfied.

Often glitches and won’t open

I just re signed up as an affiliate after being gone for almost 2 years. I had to sign up with a new link and couldn’t use my old one. The link to share in my app is the old one instead of my new one. Messaged support and they said everything looks fine on their end even though I sent them screenshots of what my app is showing. They said don’t use my phone, to use my computer. So needless to say, no help from support to get it fixed. I don’t have a personal computer and run my entire affiliate business from my phone. So not really thrilled about not having the correct updated information in my app.

You can analyze your current month OR look through past months to find customers or orders.
If you come back up to the hamburger menu at the top left, you can also access the Team Report feature in your Back Office.
The Team Report feature is EXACTLY where you want to go when you want to see how your team is doing.
Once you have selected a report, customize it by sorting and filtering the list of Presenters using the displayed columns.
Similar to the My Royalties page in your old Back Office, this feature allows you to see your monthly numbers and progress.
You can use these reports to help you train your team and help encourage them as they push for their own goals.
Looking back at past customers is a great way to focus sponsoring efforts or to reach out when new products are released.
You can customize reports to see how your team is progressing and to set goals.
