App Won’t Open

I was able to get on the App a few times weeks ago. Then, I would click on it. It would take a little bit and then the screen would go white. I’ve deleted and downloaded it multiple times. I’ve turned off my phone too. It came back up a couple of times. However, now it just stays on the opening screen and nothing happens. It’s very frustrating because it was a really helpful and well designed app. Please look into this problem. I always keep my iPhone up to date. I can’t understand the issue.

If I were to take this business as my only form of income using this app that is supposed to make things better I’d be broke. This app never works for me. I am totally unsatisfied.
