When I press the search button in the trip planner feature, the app closes out and I it doesn't provide any trip directions. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the app twice trying to fix the problem. It's still not working. How can I fix it?

The app crashes when I try to use the Search after entering destination in trip planner. The app just closes and takes me back to my iphone screen.

Using the Trip Planner: after typing in destination when I hit search button the app shuts down. It just goes back to the app button on my phone. Been happening for months. Thought it would be fixed by now.

i have a youth card so i don’t have to load money onto a card but when i go to trip planner and press search the app crashes. this has been going on for a month

I’m on the coaster and hope I don’t get kicked off. I tried to scan the QR code in the Pronto app at several scanners on track 3 and none worked. No signs or anything indicating they are not working and no close by alternative payment method.

Cannot load money on app. Loads for a long time, then states that internet is not available. I turn off wifi for my phone and not it says that the issuer declined my card. I added another card and it declined it too. I have used the first card to load money for months now. Cant ride the bus with this issue.

**Pronto app has become completely non-functional** I downloaded Pronto in fall of 2021 and used for several months without issue. App was accidentally uninstalled from my phone in March 2022. I reinstalled the app on 4/15/22 and was able to log in and link my virtual card. Immediately after completing these steps the app crashed ("app has stopped" dialog box) and now it crashes shortly after start up. I have done several uninstalls and reinstalls with no improvement. There is ample available memory on my phone. Android version 6.0.1, Pronto version 4.55.2 Specs indicate Pronto is compatible with Android 6.0 and up. I am now forced to buy and carry a Pronto card I don't want. Please advise.

App begins to open, never fully loads and minimizes. Upon maximizing repeats this same pattern. Absolutely useless.
