How to fix Center Stage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Center Stage app on iPhone
Update Center Stage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Center Stage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Center Stage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Center Stage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Center Stage Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Center Stage not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Center Stage App
1. On android, goto Settings » Center Stage » click [Force Stop]

Update Center Stage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Center Stage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Center Stage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Center Stage.

Fix Center Stage unable to contact server/ Center Stage internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Center Stage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Center Stage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Center Stage
