App has been working great until today. Now it won’t scan card. Using iOS with iPhone 11
When I push on the collection button the screen goes empty, and I can’t see any of my cards

Love the idea, and it’s fantastic… sometimes…when it works. More often than not, I just sit there holding my phone at every conceivable angle while it never scans the card. Another issue is getting obviously wrong cards from the scan. I tried scanning a Fernando Tatis Jr SSP and the first comp shown was a basketball card, the next was football and none of the baseball shown were Tatis.
One suggestion I have is to have something to tap when you’re ready to scan. Then the app could say scan failed. As opposed to just having to hold your phone over the card hoping it will work.
Really like the idea though and will continue using it in the hopes it improves over time.

Love the app and how quickly it's made valuating my collection. However for whatever reason, if the card doesn't have price info available, I'm not able to add it to my collection. I go to tap the "done" button but that doesn't do anything. I have several cards that were identified but have no price data that I am unable to add. Also, why must we assign a "grade?" Cobsidering there are grading services available, it just seems unnecessary as this app seems to be geared more to raw card collection. Other than these issues, I love the app and have been waiting for something like this!

• Improve card recognition technology, with a goal to decrease failed scans (wrong card, no card, etc) to less than 5%
• Add the ability to enter a BGS, PSA, SGC, CGA grade regardless of available market data. No price would show in a user’s collection. Boost user numbers organically.
• Unique card data inputted by individual owners that shows a card’s asking price, referenced against available market data, notes about the card, add the ability to mark the card available for trade - it would create unique card collector consumer to consumer platform, an industry first.
• App user pricing submissions (power of the people theory). A user can input available market data via a submission form in the apps settings, user uploads a screenshot of the sold listing page on a given platform.
