How to fix FastPass app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FastPass app on iPhone
Update FastPass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FastPass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FastPass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FastPass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix FastPass not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FastPass app issues:

Force Stop the FastPass App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FastPass app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FastPass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FastPass App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FastPass app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FastPass.

Fix FastPass unable to contact server/ FastPass internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FastPass » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FastPass » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FastPass on android.
