Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Magic app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Magic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Magic app on iPhone
Update Magic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Magic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Magic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Magic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Magic app issues:

Force Stop the Magic App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Magic app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Magic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Magic App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Magic app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Magic.

Fix Magic unable to contact server/ Magic internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Magic » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Magic » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Magic on android.
