I like you fell for the Instagram ads that this company was running to promote InstaTrack. They obviously lied about what InstaTrack can do in those ads. I was able to cancel and delete InstaTrack , but if any of you were caught with this $89 charge, I would write to Apple and be very direct about it. Follow up with your emails keep emailing Apple. Report what happened to you, go to the Apple store and complain, email them, call their customer service if you were caught with a charge. Be ruthless about it. Send screenshots of the ads that they ran on Instagram to Apple, and then you can get your money back and maybe get InstaTrack shut down from InstaTrack Store. We can pretty easily get them shut out of InstaTrack Store by sending 10 or so complaints like this with screenshots to Apple. Then this business is over and they will go out of business. If you got ripped off you should do that.

InstaTrack spends weeks and days and never finished analyzing your profile.
I absolutely never got any data from the analysis and eventually gave up.

InstaTrack worked on the first two times used; although, it logged me out of my actual Instagram account on the second attempt. After using for one day, it required a subscription. I signed up for a month, at which point InstaTrack was never able to load again. It kept saying “something went wrong” and stated my Insta account was private, even though it’s public. I was never able to use it again. I would like my money back. This was not worth the hassle.

I want to give InstaTrack zero stars, but it does have some metrics that may be useful.

The only reason I downloaded and paid was for the feature that was supposed to show who views your Instagram.

YOU CANNOT SEE WHO VIEWS YOUR PAGE!

If you expect this feature this is not InstaTrack for you.

The ad says you can see who viewed your profile. That is FALSE! They also make you pay before even seeing if it works. I cancelled, but a refund would be appreciated. Doubtful though. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!!!!

You install InstaTrack and before you login InstaTrack wants your money right away. Who does that? SCAMMERS!!! Read the one star reviews. Don’t even install it. It’s a waste of your time. You’re warned.

InstaTrack doesn’t work and they charge $90 every two months even after you unsubscribe! They should be banned from advertising and selling InstaTrack! Shame on this company!

Every time I tried to log in I got an error message. I was able to log in to my account finally but then InstaTrack would just close. Waste of time.

I went for the $1 free trial and it isn’t letting me log in. I want to make sure this is cancelled before I get charged a lot but cannot find how to do this for the life of me. This is 100% a scam and I want to make sure this doesn’t charge me for a product I didn’t receive. How do I cancel???

InstaTrack has never worked for me. It asks fo you to log in to FB then shows an error screen or says you are not connected to the internet while my phone shows full bars of connectivity. I think it’s just a way to get your info to sell off to other companies.

I did mean to purchase and canceled within a hour. We will see if they refund. Total scam app, does not do anything you can’t just do in your own. However, their ad on Instagram is misleading. There is zero way to know if someone viewed your profile. Instagram parent company Facebook does not allow anybody access to this type of privacy information.

Please , please don’t waste your money and time . It’s a scam . It doesn’t show real followers or people who visited your account in last 24hours . It’s FAKE !!!! Also, after 2 days app will not allow you to log back in .
