I like you fell for the Instagram ads that this company was running to promote this app. They obviously lied about what this app can do in those ads. I was able to cancel and delete the app, but if any of you were caught with this $89 charge, I would write to Apple and be very direct about it. Follow up with your emails keep emailing Apple. Report what happened to you, go to the Apple store and complain, email them, call their customer service if you were caught with a charge. Be ruthless about it. Send screenshots of the ads that they ran on Instagram to Apple, and then you can get your money back and maybe get this app shut down from the App Store. We can pretty easily get them shut out of the App Store by sending 10 or so complaints like this with screenshots to Apple. Then this business is over and they will go out of business. If you got ripped off you should do that.

The app worked on the first two times used; although, it logged me out of my actual Instagram account on the second attempt. After using for one day, it required a subscription. I signed up for a month, at which point the app was never able to load again. It kept saying “something went wrong” and stated my Insta account was private, even though it’s public. I was never able to use it again. I would like my money back. This was not worth the hassle.

I did mean to purchase and canceled within a hour. We will see if they refund. Total scam app, does not do anything you can’t just do in your own. However, their ad on Instagram is misleading. There is zero way to know if someone viewed your profile. Instagram parent company Facebook does not allow anybody access to this type of privacy information.
