Clotheslyne On Demand Laundry Reviews

My regular laundry service had changed their name and so I was looking for a new service to use in this service first of all charges by the bag and they tell you a a kitchen trash bag but if they deem that it’s too full they will automatically charge you for an additional bag. I paid $40 plus tax for two trash bags and because they deemed one of them was too full. They charge me an additional $33. I’ve got no support no callbacks no nothing from anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I received a response they were basically disputing my review so actually what happened was I left two bags and one of the bags was fuller than the other bag so I paid the $40 plus the fees taxes or whatever and they picked up those two bags it says, the one bag was overflowing rather than charge me another $20 for a third bag they charge me $32 so for one bag I basically paid $52. I have another laundry service that I called to come to pick up the rest of the laundry one that actually weighs it out I had a bag combined that was as big as the bags that they already picked up for me. I was charged 20 bucks because their minimum charge is $20, the actual weight was 19 so it was really $19 so these guys charge me almost $90 for the same exact laundry they are a joke

I thought ClothesLyner might help me get washing done and we got off to a rocky start when the first person i booked cancelled moments before collection. Their support was able to find someone else but sadly that person lost 4 articles of clothing and because I didn’t report it in their app (I chose email instead so I had a record of what was sent) they weren’t able to help me. Also $$$ i did the maths for what was washed it would have been. Clothes to just wash at the hotel and that’s not considering that the clothes that was lost / stolen was worth around $120 too. I don’t often leave bad reviews but I felt it was my duty to help other tourists getting ripped off here.

Was really looking forward to using ClotheslyneOnDemandLaundry but the profile page doesn’t let me phone number saying email address is required, but I have email filled out properly already. I also don’t understand why it doesn’t let me verify my cell without my email (what’s the connection between the two?) Or save my account without verifying my email. Seriously, if I’ll have to pay in advance for the service, do you really need to be this rigid with your registration requirement? Huge UI design failure imo.

When I first joined ClothesLyne, I was really impressed with the service. Unfortunately, my washer and dryer do not work at home, and I cannot afford a new set at this time. On top of that, I’ve been dealing with a sprained knee. I am really disappointed with the most recent service, namely the lack of of responsiveness from people who have confirmed they can do laundry, customer service that doesn’t show any empathy and concern, and how very expensive this service is. I keep canceling one order and putting in another one. Can someone please help?

A bit of a bumpy start. My order was excepted almost immediately the night before the morning pick up however the original laundress canceled just a few hours after excepting. I don’t feel as though I was told the truth about what was really going on by Clotheslyner staff. Regardless Clotheslyne staff found a new woman to do my laundry in just minutes. This was my 1st order and Patty was wonderful. I would not change anything. She was PERFECTION as was my laundry! If this was based solely on the woman whom did my laundry definitely 5 stars but because of the chaotic start of my order, … 4 stars…🤷🏻‍♀️

Woah!!! I spent 10 mins dealing with my laundry. They wash, dry and fold your clothes!! I gave them my clothes in a trash bag and it back in a really nice bag!!!! I typically spend 3-4 hours from having to walk my clothes to the laundry mat and spending money on recycling my clothes through the dryer because they aren’t very good. Then after the cleaning the folding part!! Definitely a repeat customer!!

Laundry is one of my least favorite chores, and between working crazy hours and always running around I constantly find myself way behind on my laundry. Not it’s a few clicks and it’s done. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and no longer have to worry about finding clean clothes in a big messy pile. 10/5 stars if I could.

Arguably the most helpful and time saving app/service there is. Clotheslyne makes it so you never have to worry about getting home in time to do laundry and gives you the peace of mind that your clothes will be returned to you clean and fresh. I live in an apartment and refuse to use the laundromat they provide. Before that I lived in a private home and don’t drive. I refused to take my laundry by bus to the laundromat. This is a wonderful service. I simply put my clothes outside my door and they pick up, wash, fold, and then drop off. No more need to go to a laundry room or laundromat, and no more need to wash and fold clothes!!!

Not having to think about, organize, and do laundry has changed the way my mind works. Because someone reliable handles this time thief, I can think about taking a walk, reading a book, baking a cake( ok, not really baking a cake, but you know what I mean). Love this service!

We have been using this service for 6 months now. I can’t say enough good things about it. The customer service is great and they always get back to me quickly if I have any special requests such as changing dates. The washers we have had are all very nice and our clothes are perfectly washed, folded, and ready to put away.

My Clotheslyner went above and beyond for me!! They were such a help with getting my clothes back to me super quickly and on time for my travels. I was trying for days with another company and did not receive any help! Clotheslyne provided amazing service and support from the very beginning! I will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone I know!

I just moved into a tiny house and it has no washing machine or dryer. I work from home so I don’t drive a personal vehicle. Being able to hand off my laundry and not have to orchestrate an Uber/Lyft pickup (or deal with friends or relatives without understanding) to take me to the laundromat, do my laundry in a very non private place 🥴then reverse engineer the drop off back home, is heaven sent 🥰

Being a business owner & having 3 kids under the age of 6, I find it really hard to find time( or motivation) to do my seemingly endless amount of laundry. It ends up consuming my free time! Thankful that I found ClotheslyneOnDemandLaundry!

This is the best thing they could of come up with 😁, a lot of people do not like to do laundry so this is perfect for those who don’t. They pick up your laundry, wash it and there is even add ones you can ask them to do( use bleach, wash in cold etc). Then they fold your clothes and put them in their signature bags or clear see through bags and drop them right at your front door. ClotheslyneOnDemandLaundry is golden. Try it out you can’t go wrong 😃🧺

I hate doing laundry so I thought I would give this a try and I couldn’t have been happier with that choice. The communication was clear and immediate, the laundry was done and brought back in a day smelling phenomenal and folded to perfection. The whole process was so easy and stress free and I have used this service multiple times since then. I recommend this service to everyone I talk to because of how punctual the coordination is and how well my laundry was done!
