Kilonotes Status

The Kilonotes app, when opened, crashes after 3 seconds max and it has been doing so since 1 hour ago

Kilonotes keeps stopping. I can't use it, it exits and closes right after opening.

não consigo fazer backup no baidu, pois sou estrangeira, devia ter acesso a outras formas como pelo googledrive ou dropbox que são mais fácil para quem não é Chinês e não veda acesso.

When i want to import a font it says "no installable font package detected" this doesn't happen with every font but still happens to a lot of them, and I get all of my fonts on Dafont. I use the kilonotes app on my samsung phone (s22)

Hello. I lost all of my notes today by a mistake, I hope you can help me. Briefly, tonight on the train I opened Kilonotes on my iPad and noticed that the app is downloading, probably an update. I did not want to download it on the train so I pressed "stop downloading". This action caused Kilonotes to be removed from my iPad. When I downloaded it again, there was none of my data. Unfortunately I did not make any backups and I did not make an account at Baidu Netdisk as it says "404 Not Found". However, I am really hopeful the notes could be somehow restored by you. I bought the premium version of the app, so there might be a connection. Once again, I have to mention I really care for the notes, I need them for university. Hi, since a couple days ago the Kilonotes on my device can't add/insert pictures. I can't find the cause of this problem either it's my device or the apps.
